Notre gîte "Le Chalet" (50m2) est idéal pour un couple avec des enfants en bas âge. Situé face à l'aire de jeux, vous pourrez vous relaxer sur la terrasse tout en surveillant vos loulous qui jouent dans le parc… Vous avez à votre disposition des salons de jardin et barbecue en dur. Vous aurez accès à la piscine chauffée et au Spa (de mi- avril à fin septembre en fonction de la météo) ainsi qu'au parc paysager (ces espaces sont à partager avec les hôtes de nos autres gîtes).

To visit the Périgord Noir while being in a quiet area (in the countryside 10 km from Sarlat). Property consists of our house, four rental cottages, swimming pool (guaranteed opening from early June to mid-September) to share with other tenants, on 5000 m2 of land. Not to mention the barbecue, ping-pong table and trampoline. The price does not include end-of-stay cleaning – on request – (€60), or linens – on request – (sheets and towels – €15 per person).

Notre maison de famille est située à Montignac, au coeur du Périgord Noir. Elle est toute proche du centre ville, du marché, des commerces, bars et restaurants situés au bord de la Vézère (10 mn à pied). C'est une situation idéale pour une découverte du Centre International d'Art Pariétal Lascaux, mais aussi pour une découverte touristique de la Dordogne : Sarlat, Les Eyzies, haut lieu de la Préhistoire, Périgueux, capitale du Périgord...

Bedroom on first floor, with en suite shower and downstairs bedroom with en suite shower. The large gardens, pond & solar heated 9m x 4m pool are shared with 2 other small cottages. The property is surrounded by woods and fields

Cottage set in idyllic water mill

A pretty cottage set in a water mill, it is ideal for a couple, but can also accommodate a family of up to 4 people. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchenette, and use of the swimming pool during the summer months, and for the winter months we have a pellet stove in the main living area, and a radiator in the bedroom upstairs. The bathroom has a heated towel rail.

Holiday accommodation in the "Périgord noir"

The accommodation is located in Peyzac-le-Mousiter. In the countryside, it is a stone house which is peaceful and surrounded by the meadow (some cows might be there). The area is surrounded by pre-historic caves, castles, beautiful medieval towns, churches, day and night local market.
