Villa holiday rentals in Botkyrka

Vi var 5 venner på vores første kajakferie i den Stockholmske Skærgård. Dilan & Hassan var meget venlige og svarede hurtigt på mine spørgsmål - samt sørgede for, at hvis vi manglede noget, fik vi det med det samme. Da vi var i tvivl om, hvordan vi kom til Stockholm, svarede Hassan, at det var nemmest med toget og at han meget gerne hentede os om morgenen og igen da vi kom hjem kl. 21 om aftenen. Ligeså fik vi havemøbler, da vejret pludselig blev solrigt. Samlet meget tilfredsstillende ophold.

We stayed at Linnea's house for two nights. The kids enjoyed the child friendly place. The cats were lovely too!

We had a fantastic stay in this house. Very beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Nahrin was a very good host and responded quickly to questions and concerns. Would definitely go here again and highly recommend the same to others.

We were really really satisfied with our stay at Kajsas Lakeside-Villa!! The hosts are very friendly and warm people and could be contacted every time during our stay. Communication with them was fast and excellent just like the cozy house by the lake we stayed in. Everything one could need was there and we were even allowed to take some firewood to use the chimney for the first colder autumn evenings. Also the distance to Stockholm was perfect, if you want both: to live in a place near nature and have a short way to the city (you do not necessarily need your own car because it is easy to get to the city centre with public transportation in 30-40 Minutes from there around the clock -> busstop "Grindstugan" -> sl.se). A visit to Tyresta National Park (www.tyresta.se/english/) is also just 30 Minutes away with public transport. Thank you very much for letting us stay in your beuatiful lakeside-villa! Lisa + Hannes

We very much enjoyed staying at this lovely and quiet place with plenty of room. The bed was very comfortable and we slept really well indeed!!

Vi hade en fantastisk helg på Ornö! Huset ligger vackert med sjöutsikt och väldigt nära till strand/brygga. Arne var tillgänglig och så till att vi kom in ordentligt när vi anlände. Det stora trädäcket som löper runt hela huset gjorde att juset kändes stort och lyxigt, vilket set också är. Trädäcket förstärkte bara känslan av rymd. Alla rum var fräscha och mysiga och både kök och badrum var i toppklass. Vi kommer mer än gärna tillbaka till Arnes hus!

We’ve had an amazing stay with friends and toddlers. The house was perfect for cooking and social evenings. We had bad weather which means we did not enjoy the pool as we hoped to, but luckily we enjoyed the sauna with breathtaking views. Mikael was responsive and always helpful when we had questions. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this house in Sigtuna, and I couldn't be more impressed! Wir haben wunderschöne Tage in diesem superschönen Haus verbracht. Johan ist ein perfekter Gastgeber! Das Haus ist problemlos mit dem Zug oder Taxi von Stockholm aus erreichbar. Es hat eine herrliche Lage mit einer grossen, gemütlichen Veranda mit einmaliger Sicht in den Sonnenuntergang sowie einen grossen Garten von dem aus man direkt zum Schwimmen ins Wasser gehen kann. Das Haus ist super stilvoll eingerichtet, man kann sich herrlich erholen! Einkaufsläden und Restaurants und eine feine Gelateria sind in max 5-10min Gehdistanz. Johan ist überaus hilfsbereit, hat für unsere Ankunft alles perfekt vorbereitet und auf Anfragen sofort und sehr herzlich reagiert! Ich hoffe bald wiederzukommen und bin sehr glücklich, dieses Airbnb gefunden zu haben und kann es absolut weiterempfehlen!

Kan absolutt anbefale et opphold i boligen til Fredrik. Fantastisk hus med romslige omgivelser. Idyllisk beliggenhet med kort vei til strand og passe avstand til Stockholm sentrum.

Dieses Haus ist einfach unglaublich! So eine tolle Lage, richtig schöne Aussicht und super modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Der Pool war sehr angenehm. Ich würde jederzeit gerne wieder mit meiner Familie hier her kommen. Frederika war als Gastgeberin äußerst hilfsbereit und sehr gut zu erreichen! Danke für alles!

We had a marvelous time at Fatimas House with the gorgious huge garden It's the perfect place to stay, if you look for a mixture of nature and Cityliving. A lake only a few minutes walk away and the busstation nearly in front of the door. Fatima is a perfect host, who had a lot of Tips for our stay in Stockholm and even picked us up at the Station. Vi hade verkligen en fantastisk helg i detta fina hus. Välutrustat kök, mysiga sällskapsytor både inne och ute och en härlig pool! Hoppas att kanske kunna komma tillbaka men då med familjen ☀️

Die Kommunikation mit Helen hat sehr gut funktioniert. Sehr höflicher und freundlicher Kontakt. Die Einliegerwohnung war sehr sauber und hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Ganz lieben Dank!

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche als Familie zu Viert in dem tollen Haus verbracht. Es ist alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt, da es kein reines Ferienhaus ist, sondern das Zuhause der Gastfamilie. Die Sauna kann einfach per App gesteuert werden. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und sehr geschmackvoll. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Außengelände ist absolut vielversprechend und befindet sich noch im Aufbau. Es gibt eine Feuerstelle direkt am Steg, ein Ruderboot mit Platz für uns alle und diverse Spiel- und Entspannungsmöglichkeiten. Kleinere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Es gibt zudem ein Pendlerboot, dass einen entspannt nach Stockholm City bringt. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in Mittelschweden. Wendela und Peter sind tolle Gastgeber und waren immer für uns erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Jens en Caroline zijn echt top verhuurders. Wat een heerlijke tijd hebben we gehad in hun huis. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft lekker veel ruimte! De tuin is een droom. Een leuk speelhuisje en trampoline voor de kinderen, maar bovenal het zwembad (en naastgelegen sauna) zijn super. De kids hebben uren in het zwembad gespeeld. Echt een cadeau! We zijn uiteindelijk alleen weggeweest voor een tripje naar Stockholm. De rechtstreekse verbinding daar naartoe (met openbaar vervoer) is top! Maar het huis was zo fijn, dat we verder niet weg hoefde. Onze kinderen zeiden: "wij snappen wel dat dit hun droomhuis is!"

This was the best experience we have had with any rental anywhere. The area is in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood of single-family homes, extremely close to a bus stop to go into the city or shopping. This home stood out from other rentals we have had. It was comfortable, functional and very clean, and I have really high standards and usually clean a rental myself upon checkin. Not necessary here. The home was stocked with everything we needed while not being at all cluttered. Therese met us at checkin to go over instructions for the home and to show us where everything was. She was friendly and truly wanted our family to enjoy her home. We were all adults, two couples and my single son and each had our own bathroom. The outdoor space is beautifully landscaped and the perfect place to enjoy coffee, an afternoon drink or a meal. When returning to Nacka to visit family, this is my first choice in where to stay. We had a wonderful stay in Marie’s house. She was so friendly and we could feel, that she really cares about the house and it’s good state. We immediately felt home because everything is so cozy and and the interior is selected with love. Thank you for this beautiful week!

Das Haus und der Pool sind sehr schön. Wir haben eine gute Laufstrecke gefunden und der Parkplatz bei Stora Mossen Tunnelbana war auch ein guter Tipp für unsere Ausflüge nach Stockholm. Danach konnten wir hervorragend in ruhiger Umgebung entspannen.

Nach 2 Wochen Reisen durch Schweden haben wir eine Woche in Nynäshamn in dieser tollen Villa genossen. Die Einrichtung war super und inspirierend. Das Haus ist sehr gross und jedes der Kinder hatte ein eigenes Zimmer. Wir verbrachten die meiste Zeit auf der grossen Terrasse. Es gibt dort auch die Möglichkeit für Fitness mit Hanteln :-). Wir haben vielen Tipps von Helen und Niclas für Ausflüge und Restaurants erhalten. Wir empfehlen bei Lövhagen ein Kajak zu mieten für eine schöne Tour in den Schären. Auch empfehlenswert in der Ute-Express ab Nynäshamn nach Alö oder Utö - allenfalls dort dann Fahrräder mieten. Das Haus ist sehr empfehlenswert und wir haben die Gastfreundschaft dort sehr geschätzt.
