Holiday rentals with beach access in Botkyrka

Ett mycket trivsamt boende med en pålitlig värd! Vi hade en mycket positiv vistelse hos Alexander. Boendet var rent, välordnat och smakfullt inrett, med alla nödvändiga bekvämligheter för en bekväm och avkopplande upplevelse. Området var lugnt och lättillgängligt, vilket bidrog till en behaglig helhetsupplevelse. Värden var professionell, tillmötesgående och snabb i sin kommunikation – något jag uppskattar mycket. Vi rekommenderar detta boende varmt till andra och återkommer gärna vid framtida tillfällen.

We had such a wonderful stay at Linda-Marie’s place! It was spotlessly clean, incredibly cosy, and had such a stylish and welcoming vibe — we felt at home the moment we walked in. My sister and I were in Stockholm to visit our brother and spent a few nights here, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The space was peaceful and comfortable, and every little detail was thoughtfully put together. The place is 7min walk from the bus and train station and from there it’s only a few stops to Stockholm City. It has all the amenities you might need and also a few more that you didn’t even know you needed (thanks for the clothes steamer and boardgames!). We would absolutely love to stay here again next time we’re in the area. Highly recommend!

Sehr schöne Gegend, vor allem was für Young Royals Fans die das Schloss, welches ca. 20 min Fußweg entfernt ist. Das einzige Manko ist die Anbiendung, da nur einmal in der Stunde ein Bus fährt - ein Auto wäre besser gewesen.

Die Wohnung von Adrian in Älvsjö hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie war, obwohl nicht direkt in der City gelegen, sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist modern, neu und sehr sauber sowie mit hochwertigen elektronischen Geräten ausgestattet. Es gab Öl, Salz und Pfeffer sowie Kaffee und Tee. Das Schlafzimmer geht nach hinten raus und es war sehr ruhig zum Schlafen, super! Adrians Kommunikation war top - uns wurde jederzeit schnell weitergeholfen und alle vorab gesendeten Anleitungen waren sehr hilfreich. Wir kommen gern wieder, wenn wir nach Stockholm zurückkehren!

Het was een klein, gezellig, schoon en knus appartement gelegen in een rustige, mooie en groene buurt met vrijstaande huizen. We hebben zelfs een hert zien oversteken. Alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig alleen is het niet zo geschikt voor lange mensen gezien de hoogte van 1.90 (gelukkig zijn wij kleiner). Strand, supermarkt en bakker waren op loopafstand. We hebben een keer lekker gegeten in restaurant Bryggan Alsten bij de haven, ook op loopafstand maar iets verder weg. Vervoer naar centrum is snel en gemakkelijk met tram en metro. Het was heerlijk om na het drukke centrum thuis te komen in een rustige, dorpse omgeving. Communicatie met Anki was uitstekend. Het was jammer dat we haar niet ontmoet hebben maar bij vragen reageerde ze meteen. Kortom een aanrader.

Lätt boende i toppklass, finns allt man behöver, lätt att komma in och väldigt fin omgivning, rekommenderas starkt!

We stayed in the house for 6 days with my spouse and our child, and we were extremely satisfied with everything. One of the highlights was the stunning sea view — enjoying our morning coffee while looking out at the water was such a peaceful start to the day. The jacuzzi was also a great touch — clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. The house was very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. It’s located in a quiet and peaceful area, which made it ideal for spending quality family time. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and atmosphere. We would definitely recommend it to anyone, especially families

One of my favourite airbnbs in Sweden. The property was perfect and Gabriel went above and beyond for us during our stay. Incredible amenities and supplied everything we needed. BEAUTIFUL views, area for lake jumping/swimming safely & sauna

Staying at this lakeside house by Kroksjön was an exceptional experience. The cleanliness was impeccable everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. The fireplaces were a highlight. Both the traditional wood-burning and modern styles created a warm, cozy atmosphere in the evenings a perfect way to unwind in the middle of nature. The private hot tub overlooking the lake was absolutely amazing. Soaking in the warm water while surrounded by peaceful nature was incredibly relaxing and added a special touch to the whole experience. The house is surrounded by pure nature, peaceful, serene, and filled with the calming sound of birdsong. Wallbox charger for our electric car was a major convenience. Highly recommended.

Unsere Zeit in dieser Unterkunft war einfach traumhaft! Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Die Sauberkeit und Gemütlichkeit des Hauses waren herausragend, und die liebevoll gestalteten Details der Einrichtung haben uns immer wieder aufs Neue begeistert. Jeder Raum war mit so viel Geschmack und Sinn für das Besondere eingerichtet, dass es ein harmonisches und einladendes Gesamtbild ergab – fast wie ein zweites Zuhause. Besonders die Sauna und der Kamin haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet und für unvergessliche Wohlfühlmomente gesorgt. Ein absolutes Highlight war der Schneefall an Silvester, der die ohnehin schon malerische Umgebung in ein wahres Winterwunderland verwandelte. Diese Kombination aus traumhafter Landschaft und außergewöhnlicher Unterkunft hat unseren Schweden-Urlaub genauso werden lassen, wie wir ihn uns erträumt hatten. Wir wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben! Für alle, die Wert auf eine besondere Atmosphäre, erstklassige Ausstattung

My daughter and I had a short but Fun stay in the cute little house in a quiet neighbourhood. The house had everything we needed to stay comfortable and cook. We used the bikes to see some of the countryside and make use of the bike routes. Matthias was very accommodating and friendly. We had the fortune to meet the whole family :) Highly recommended

Perfect summer house to escape city life! Highly recommended for those seeking a slow, relaxing lifestyle. The hosts, Jack and Maria, are incredibly warm and welcoming. Their small dog adds even more charm. They were generous and helpful—solving issues like extra mattresses, showing us how to use the sauna, offering fresh vegetables from their garden, and even helping when we had trouble getting back to the cabin. The location is convenient: you can take a bus to Orminge Centrum (with Systembolaget, Willy’s, etc.), and the SL ferry is just 700m away, taking you to Slussen or Vaxholm. The lake is only a 5-minute walk away. Best for people who want to enjoy cabin life and take it slow.🥰 My mistake: I had my family stay here but planned daily trips to Stockholm, which made them tired. Also, with lots of luggage, Bolt rides were costly and hard to book. It’s not that close to the city—either take 3 buses (~1 hr) or walk 700m to the ferry (~1 hr total), with limited schedules.

Ett otroligt vackert hus , med stor altan och en fin gräsmatta med sol timmar. Jättemysigt och fint inne i husen vi hyrde båda husen och var otroligt nöjda. Fredrik är en toppen värd som svarar snabbt och är hjälpsam. Tack för denna gång vi kommer tillbaka :)

Wir kamen auf Empfehlung unseres Sohnes in diese schöne Unterkunft und haben uns dort gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der Check in klappte hervorragend und alles war genau beschrieben und mit Fotos erklärt. Das Häuschen ist perfekt und liebevoll eingerichtet- es fehlt an nichts! Wer nach einem Besuch in der City Ruhe, Erholung und Natur sucht, ist hier bestens untergebracht. Wir waren nur mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln unterwegs- das war kein Problem Dank einer sehr guten Verkehrsanbindung. Auch im Garten in Wassernähe kann man es sich richtig gemütlich machen und den tollen Blick genießen. Kajsa und Jesper sind sehr sympathische Gastgeber, mit denen wir einen sehr netten Kontakt hatten. Wenn wir wieder einmal in Stockholm sind , kommen wir gerne wieder in dieses tolle Haus zurück!

AnnaMaria's home is a little way outside of town but easy to reach by multiple modes of easy to manuever public transportation. I really enjoyed being in a place that felt like home and allowed me to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. Another great aspect is the neighborhood. Her place is on a busy street but it doesn't feel like it at all. The community is laid back and just peaceful. I really enjoyed my time and am grateful AnnaMaria allowed me to stay in her place.

Vi hadde et flott opphold i Stockholm og i leiligheten til Sara og Nicklas. Det var veldig hyggelig å bli ønsket velkommen og vist rundt av Nicklas. Alt var lettvint og ikke noe stress. :-) Leiligheten er gjennomført og lekkert innredet, men også veldig hjemmekoselig. Det var godt å komme ‘hjem’ etter en lang dag på Grøna Lund! Behagelige senger og herlig sofa fikk oss til å slappe av. Takk for oss!

Все пройшло чудово! Lina була дуже любʼязна, прийняла нас трошки раніше часу заїзду, за що ми вдячні. Поруч тихо спокійно, є парк в якому можна прогулятись і дуже красива природа. Недалеко є транспорт на якому можна доїхати куди завгодно. Все зручно і дуже затишно. Також є супермаркети зі всім необхідним. Плюс заклади де можна поїсти. Дуже вдячні за теплий прийом🥰!!

Really nice and modern apartment in a quiet rural neighbourhood. Everything was as described and communication with both the hosts was great. They also have a farm from where you can buy organic honey, eggs, etc. We had a really nice stay and would gladly come back again. Thanks Tommy and Anne!

Perfect base for our adventures in Stockholm. Apartment has everything you need for an easy and comfortable stay. Located in a peaceful area of traditional Swedish homes it feels like living like a local. Anita and Hannah are such friendly hosts, it was a pleasure to stay with them. Having a sauna in the apartment was unique - great for a typical Swedish experience…but also handy for drying the laundry! Would definitely stay again when visiting Stockholm.

My family and I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. The highlight for me was the beautiful, newly built glassed-in terrace—such a perfect spot to relax with a morning coffee or unwind in the evening. The location couldn’t be better—beautiful views, access to public transit and just a short walk to a great selection of restaurants. Host was very good to check in and quickly answer questions. We loved our stay and hope to be back.
