Holiday rentals with a patio in Botany Bay

Xiang and Ivy were friendly and communicative throughout. Their place was exactly like the photos and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. A two minute walk to Wolli Creek station and a great choice of restaurants nearby. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

We had a fantastic 4 days in Claudia’s spacious apartment. The neighbourhood was quiet and we slept well in the comfortable beds. There was plenty of parking in the little side street directly opposite the apartment, nice and close. The unit was extremely clean and fresh and the neighbours friendly. We didn’t cook but the kitchen well stocked should you need to. The Ramsgate shopping centre very convenient and a fantastic Japanese restaurant Sumimasen only a short walk. Would definitely recommend Claudias apartment .

The most perfect stay! The accomodation is in a central location, fully stocked and extremely clean. Chris was also super communicative and accomodating. Would highly recommend this place 10/10.

Loved staying at Marina’s place. lovely home, all as described in the listing. Super spacious, clean, and a great location. Marina is also an amazing host, great communication making sure all is set for the perfect stay. Will definitely be back

Lexi’s place is a must stay. The homely feeling of the interior design makes you feel right at home. Just a short walk to Bondi Beach to enjoy everything it offers. I wish I could stay longer!! Just perfect.

The stairs to his face were a bit messy and needed to paint but once you got inside it was very modern very clean at all amenities and more old. They probably need to put some coffee there.

This studio apartment is super convenient if you are visiting UNSW or need to be in Randwick. Next to Anytime fitness if gym is your thing. Close also to light rail for getting into town and a short bus ride or walk to Coogee beach. It is a well-equipped, neat and comfortable space for 1-2 people. My car is reasonably big but it easily fitted into the parking garage. Lovely balcony with views back to the city. Highly recommended.

It was lovely staying in the apartment, only a few minutes walk to all the shops and the station. The description of the apartment matched the reality and I found it clean and tidy. It was pretty quiet (surprising given its location) and the balcony had a nice view over the park. I love the automatic roller blinds. Very relaxing stay overall.

Our experience was wonderful. The terrace house was very comfortable and well appointed. Peter was super responsive and flexible as a host. Although we chose the location to primarily be close to family in Redfern, we found it to also be wonderfully close to transit, and great local coffee shops, cafes and bakeries.

We had a great few days at Alicia’s place . It was the perfect house for three couples . We had everything we needed . Would definitely recommend !

My family recently stayed at Mathew’s stunning house for the weekend, we could’ve easily stayed much longer! The house is fitted out with all the mod cons & is in a very peaceful setting. If you are looking for a quiet getaway, with a charming village a short drive away, I highly recommend Mathew’s house.

Thomas’s place was central to Sydney city, but enough in the suburbs that it was quiet and peaceful outside. The bnb is the back of a Mosman property, small but has everything you need. The family has two small children so can be a little noisy of an evening but it really isn’t anything to be worried about, nights are quiet . The bed and couches were comfy and breakfast was provided for you. No extra sink/ washing up liquid to wash kitchen things, which was a little odd. But the bathroom one would be suffice if you were staying more than one night. The bedroom has a heater/ac and is spacious enough for two adults. Overall, the place is exactly what I was looking for, for one night.

Dongs airbnb was very well turned out and very comfortable.Great area and within walking distance to trains. We had a few queries prior to arriving and Dong replied rapidly and was most responsive to those queries. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay with this host again Car parking out the front was no hassle so we didn’t have to avail ourselves of the garage off the lane at the back

Olga was very kind and attentive. The flat was clean and organised to welcome us. A great location. Close to the shopping centre, market and beach. I'd definitely recommend it.

Location, location, location! Charlotte’s place in Tamarama is an absolute gem. It has everything you could possibly need, with the most spectacular views and what truly feels like your own private beach. The home is spacious, super comfortable, and perfectly set up for a relaxing stay. Charlotte was incredibly accommodating she made our late check-in seamless and was so helpful throughout. I would like to say this is a home away from home! The beautiful comfortable apartment is located 10min walking distance away from the central shops , restaurants, bars, shopping mall and train station! Tidy and clean apartment with essential facilities! It’s quiet and comfortable! Well recommended for travelers who like tidy and clean, private and comfortable living space!

Nice little place. Centrally located, quiet, and convenient to a ton of restaurants and pubs. Easy to go downtown, easy to go to the seaside, easy access to morning running paths and a plethora of cafes.

I loved my stay at Malcolm's house - felt like home right away! The location is excellent - walking distance to Newtown, Annandale, Glebe and of course Camperdown just around the corder. Buses right outside the door. Really nice private apparently, despite being in a big block of flats! Malcolm was absolutely lovely - really responsive, and left bread and milks and eggs - so lovely! I will definitely stay here again :)

Sophie’s place is exactly as described in the listing. We spent 5 nights with kids and our elderly parents and it served right for everyone. Location is great with restaurants, coffee shops, aldi closeby. Could see harbour bridge from the living room, what a view in the night while vivid festival lightened the bridge.

I've rented Brendan's apartment a few times the past few years. It's in a great location, a Central station entrance is right next door, and plenty of local eateries nearby. The apartment was spotlessly clean as always and has everything you need for a long stay (washer, dryer, ironing board, reliable Internet, tv connections). Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough great things about our stay at Sharon’s one bedroom in the city! First, Sharon was a gem of a host! She was very responsive and sent detailed instructions with pictures for check in, knowing it could be confusing to find. She was also flexible to allow us to drop off bags early, which was a huge help! The apartment was just as described, a comfy space to come back to after big days of exploring! It was very clean and had all we needed for our stay.

One of the best apartments I have stayed in. Easy to follow instructions and the cleaners were very friendly and accomodating when we arrived early and asked if we could leave our suitcases in the apartment. Very well stocked - all the basic kitchen neccessities were supplied that are such a pain to have to buy every time you stay somewhere. Cecilia was very friendly and responded to my messages very quickly. Apartment was spotless (including bathrooms). 50m walk to supermarket and within walking distance to all Olympic Park venues. Highly recommend.
