I'm excited to offer this new space for an amazing holiday or to explore different locations. Boscombe and surrounding areas are incredibly scenic. All are welcome except parties as the block is quiet and unsuitable. Just completed, freshly decorated with new carpet throughout. Large windows give a light airy feel to each room overlooking lush green gardens with no overlooking properties. Virgin media after a long day exploring or playing on the beach. Comfy Guest Annex: near Beach, Park& Tennis Courts

Our Guest Annex is a Studio with its own entrance, keysafe & parking infront. Upon entering the hall, there is a lounge with a sofa-daybed (with trundle), a smart TV, a kitchenette and a dining table. The kingsized zip-link bed is located at the back of the sunny room with large windows overlooking the back garden. Access to our washing machine, which is located in the main house, is available on request. Housekeeping is weekly, normally on Sundays, when your stay is 7days or longer.

A stones throw from award winning beaches, this well-proportioned accommodation offers, a lounge/dining room leading to the balcony with sea views, a modern fitted kitchen, two double bedrooms, with an ensuite shower, and a bathroom. The property also benefits from a lift to all floors (this apartment is situated on the second floor) The apartment consists of a King Size bed in the main room, 2 singles in the second bedroom and a travel cot can also be provided.
