Great house ,with 3 small bedrooms New Year's Eve with friends There is everything you need to cook 😍

This place was amazing! We were warmly welcomed with delicious Georgian breads and wine. They really took care of us: treating us on the most delicious food, warning us for upcoming snow in advance, they even paved the snow of the outdoor playground and gave us a sledge for the children. The location is amazing, beautifully surrounded by mountains and very peaceful. And the house was so cosy and clean - we immediately felt at home. Thank you so much! We hope to come back one day.🙏❤️

Great townhouse on the territory of Crystal resort. Check-in through the hotel reception, there is a place for a car. The house is managed by a hotel, so bed linen and bathroom amenities are at a good level. There is also a sauna, after skiing is a very cool option! The host responded quickly to all questions! Recommended!

The location is great, there is a hotel nearby where you can have a good breakfast of 40 gel per person. The hotel has a swimming pool, the cost is 60 gel per person. There is a skating rink with rental nearby, there is a sled rental and equipment for skiers and snowboarders. The hoist is a 5 min walk from the house. The house is clean and warm. There is a sauna inside the house. There are 3 bathrooms with shower cabins, sink and toilet. Spacious fridge in the kitchen. Comfortable mattresses and pillows. Among the disadvantages - the wi-fi did not work and could not adjust the water in the bathrooms - the water was very hot or cold. The house is great for a family with kids.

Great place. It had a lot of holiday decorations, a coffee machine, a grill, lovely view from the windows and a cool TV. Also it was warm in the house. Overall it was very pleasant to celebrate New Year's Eve here

It has a great view, and the hosts are very responsive and kind. The location is excellent. It's easy to walk to the park, the bus station, and restaurants.

Apparently, the hosts themselves often live with children in this house and it is very habitable and cozy. The children were glad that there are a lot of toys in the house. The hostess provided a baby chair, cradle, bathtub, thank you very much! Among the small disadvantages: the house smells of mold, minor repairs of the faucet in the kitchen are also required and there is a strong smell of sewage in the toilets.

Everything was amazing in this villa, good view and good location, just need little bit care of the cleaning and we we’re looking for cleaning tools we didn’t find any, No garbage bag, No soap to clean, No broom. I think all of that’s comments above Tinatin will solve in future and I recommend any one thinking about visiting Bakuriani rent this villa.

Great house, especially for big companies. Every room has a private bathroom and balcony, so it feels like there are four private suites. We were here shortly after New Years and the house was beautifully decorated - there was a huge Christmas tree in the common room, and there were Santas (one of them hanged from the balcony on the second floor!). Great kitchen with a lot of utensils. Host was very helpful and welcoming, and we'll definitely stay here when we are back in Bakuriani.

Beautiful nice wooden cabin, enough space for two couples, clean. You can bring cats. Responsive host, quickly resolved the issue with replacing the light bulb and grill. It was cold from the front door, there is a gap, but it was possible to adjust the heating yourself, so we did not freeze. And it would be great to add light, it's not enough for reading or board games, I had to take off the ceiling lights so that it was at least a little better. The location with a car is excellent, all ski lifts are 10-15 minutes away. Overall, we were satisfied.

I recommend it 100%❤️ Very comfortable house, very clean and tidy❤️ Nini, the house owner, is very attentive, will help you with everything and will respond in a timely manner❤️ It is a convenient place, close to restaurants, shops, 25 ski park. It is in a quiet and peaceful place, it is definitely worth a vacation.

The home is unique for the below reasons: - Its location is a winter and a distinctive summer overlooking the mountains strikingly and captivating ( I lived in it winter and it was very special and I have a summer visit for the same place if available) - The house is very clean and has everything that makes it convenient to have your own house and you won't even feel like you left your house. - The price for value is very fair and the house deserves what it is paid for. - The host, Mrs. Tina, is very helpful and responds directly to any inquiry. It will inevitably be my destination the next time I visit Bakuriani. Note: There was a misunderstanding upon receipt of the home for the number of rooms and their difference from what's in the app, but I think there's something wrong with the app or data entered and I've been treated by airbnb. True, I was harassed in the early hours, but the comfort and aesthetic of the place made me forget what happened. Thank you airbnb and thank you Tina and David for welcoming us. Nice house, peaceful neighborhood. We stayed there with 8 people and we fit perfectly. Each room had a bathroom and shower..We used the kitchen to cook breakfast. The host provided us with firewood for the fireplace the sauna was very pleasant as well.

We are very grateful to Alexandra for a wonderful weekend! Chic location , cozy , clean , quiet and beautiful ! We were a couple with 2 dogs , everyone loved it , especially the dogs who had their own large gated area. The host is really helpful and nice , met and personally drove to the house. Unreal beauty around the house , the cabins themselves are fresh , warm and cozy with everything you need inside . We will definitely come back again )))

We loved staying here. The forest is right behind the house, and it is close to town too.

A very warm and comfortable place, even for those who have infants. The place is very quiet, so you can sleep peacefully. Hosts are always ready to help if you need anything. We will come back again. Highly recommend!🙏
