Holiday rentals with beach access in Borgio Verezzi

Wir hatten einen Tollen Aufenthalt hier. Das Haus ist direkt am Strand und man sieht wunderschöne Sonnenaufgänge am Morgen. Das Apartment ist sehr groß und bietet ausreichend Platz zum Essen, Kochen und Schlafen. Ein extra Raum für die Fahrräder gibt es ebenfalls.

Siamo stati 4 notti tra maggio e giugno. Il balcone sul mare è il punto forte della casa: c'è un tavolino dove poter mangiare con vista, due fiori e uno stendiabiti. Tutto quello che serve. L'accesso alla spiaggia pubblica è estremamente facile, passando dai box. Maria Letizia e la sua famiglia sono stati ospitali e d'aiuto. La casa è vicina a un bar e un alimentari e in 15 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il borgo saraceno. Non c'era aria condizionata ma, nel periodo in cui siamo stati, le due ventole sono state più che sufficienti, la sera l'aria dal mare era fresca. Torneremo sicuramente per un'altra visita di qualche giorno.

Claudio war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön direkt neben der Altstadt gelegen. Man kann sehr gut auf dem Balkon frühstücken und den schönen Blick von oben genießen.

Sehr freundliche und schnelle Kommunikation. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super zentral in Finale Ligure. Es sollte klar sein, das hier sehr viel los ist und es auch etwas lauter sein kann. Die Fenster der Wohnung haben einen sehr guten Lärmschutz. Die Küche ist Top ausgestattet, es ist alles da. Highlight der Wohnung ist die Terrasse, mehr Platz geht nicht.

Perfect place to start our trip. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the Mediterranean from the balcony. With two teenage boys, we could spread out in the 3 bedrooms. We went swimming and had yummy gelato and delicious dinner at Il Guercio Food & Drink in Finalborgo (medieval village). The host was extremely responsive pre-trip and during our stay. The apartment was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. Slept to the sound of the ocean. Wonderful! Highly recommend. Just as described 😁

A beautiful place with an incredible view of the beach and sea. The location is superb, right in the middle of the wonderful carruggi in Varazze. We loved stepping outside for our morning croissant and coffee at Gatto Nero. With the apartment being high up we felt so peaceful everytime we returned home from a day exploring. There is a lift so access is also easy. And we loved the air con ! Excellent wifi also 👌 Maria doesnt speak English so we met using google translate and whattsapp and the check in and check out was very easy. Maria responded so quickly to messages and all our questions throughout the booking were answered quickly. Maria was very smiley and friendly and offered lovely local recommendations and we enjoyed our lunch at Vino e Cucino. This truly was a lovely place in a truly lovely place. Abbiamo trascorso un weekend tra amiche in questa splendida casa a Noli e non potevamo chiedere di meglio! L'alloggio era impeccabile: stanze pulitissime, tutto in ordine e perfettamente attrezzato. host gentile, disponibile e attento come pochi! Al nostro arrivo, abbiamo trovato ad accoglierci un delizioso aperitivo con focacce liguri e chinotti, un gesto che ci ha fatte sentire subito a casa. La posizione è perfetta per esplorare la zona e vivere a pieno la bellezza di Noli. Consiglio assolutamente!

Posizione ottima sul lungomare , ottimo per chi ha figli e deve spostarsi a piedi. Siamo stati fortunati col parcheggio, ma purtroppo quello è un problema generale vicino al mare. La casa è molto accogliente e luminosa con una splendida vista sul mare. Consigliatissimo 🫶🏼

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sieht aus wie auf den Fotos. In unter 5 Minuten am Strand, meegaa. Sonst alles sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar, haben das Auto nie gebraucht. Wen wir wieder in Celle Ligure sind, würden wir erneut in diese Unterkunft gehen. Danke vielmals.

Federico und Gemma haben uns herzlich mit unserem Hund empfangen und waren über die ganze Zeit mit Tipps und Ratschlägen präsent. Sie haben uns sogar auf ein kommendes Unwettern aufmerksam gemacht und uns rechtzeitig die Garage für unseren Oldtimer bereitgestellt. Alles in allem sehr angenehm und alles entsprechend der Beschreibung. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt mit einer bezaubernden Umgebung. Cristina hat uns perfekt über alles informiert und ein früherer Check-in war ebenfalls möglich, was ideal war. Herzlichen Dank für die Flexibilität und den freundlichen Kontakt. A doppo!

Casa Rossa is truly a slice of heaven. Stunning, perfect location. Walking through the garden on the first night, we got “lost” as it got dark. And then magically these beautiful lights started to light a path up to our guest house. It brought moments of surprise and awe everyday. And everyone can use a little more of that in their lives. Tip: don’t drive your car and walk to the port/restaurants from the garden’s private gate. Tip: don’t use the AC in bedroom and sleep with windows open to enjoy the sound of the waves and ocean breeze. Tip: to the right of the driveway, there’s an amazing “hidden” bench down a long pathway - you have to duck under a tree and then when you sit - you will find one of the most beautiful views in the world. I think views like that created poetry, philosophy, and art. We had a truly amazing time. Daniela was so lovely as a hostess - thank you for our gift. And thank you to Silvio, you were wonderful at quick communication. Gratzie!

L'alloggio di Manuela è piccino ma perfettamente organizzato, non manca nulla ed è molto confortevole anche per 3 persone. La cucina è provvista di tutto, il bagno anche, si dorme benissimo pur essendo in pieno centro grazie ai doppi vetri che isolano perfettamente dal rumore esterno. La posizione è super centrale e Manuela è accogliente, garbata e disponibile, una perfetta padrona di casa.

Vi hade en härlig vecka i Nadias boende. Att äta frukost och middag på altanen med utsikt över havet var underbart. Det passade också oss att bo nära havet och vi tog enkelt bussen till Finalborgo för mysiga middagar. Nadia var hjälpsam och mycket vänlig och svarade på de frågor som dök upp under vistelsen. Tack!

Petite maison idéalement placée surblombant la mer et au milieu des pins. Marcello nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Nuits merveilleuses avec une literie très confortable et au son des vagues. 5 minutes à pied pour rejoindre la plage par un joli chemin. Très propre avec tout ce qu’il faut ainsi que des petites attentions et de bonnes adresses . Séjour très relaxant et ressourçant !

Daniela è stata gentilissima e piacevole. Abbiamo apprezzato la pulizia estrema degli spazi e la comodità dell’alloggio. Consigliato!!!

Il posto è semplicemente incantevole, un'oasi di tranquillità tra cielo e mare. Mi sono sentita a casa lontano da casa. La casa è accogliente e dotata di ogni comfort. L'ambiente è pulito, confortevole e curato nei minimi dettagli. L'host è stata davvero premurosa e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Torneremo sicuramente! Viaggiavamo con una bimba di un anno e siamo stati benissimo. Grazie di cuore, Constanza!

Vista mozzafiato, fare colazione e vedere il mare dalle grandi finestre vale tutto il viaggio. La sera abbiamo cenato sulla grande terrazza che è attrezzata con un tavolo sedie e un dondolo. La camera era fresca, ci sono anche le zanzariere alle finestre. La cucina bella è luminosa. Con pochi passi siamo arrivati ad una spiaggia libera molto bella. Camminando un po' di più sul lungo mare si arriva tranquillamente a piedi anche al centro di Loano. Torneremo 🙂🌞🌊

Frequentiamo la zona di Finale/Varigotti da tanti anni e mai avevamo trovato una casetta con la finestra davanti al mare. Anzi a dirla tutta a Varigotti abbiamo sempre solo trovato case dai prezzi per noi inaccessibili, quindi questa volta si è verificato un miracolo. Addormentarsi e svegliarsi col suono delle onde, con sotto casa la nostra focaccia preferita, non ci è sembrato vero. La casa era semplicemente perfetta come posizione e molto accogliente. Il checkin è stato molto facile... andarcene via è stato invece difficilissimo, saremmo rimasti altre due settimane :)

Gentilissima Erika! appartamento spazioso, pulito e funzionale… Apprezzato anche dai nostri amici a 4 zampe che sono stati accolti felicemente Tutto perfetto e tutti contenti!

Eine traumhafte Unterkunft in bester Lage! Die Wohnung in Alassio ist sehr modern, stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Meerblick von beiden Terrassen ist einfach atemberaubend – ob beim Frühstück oder beim Abendessen, die Aussicht macht jeden Moment besonders. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig: In einem der zwei Bäder ist eine großzügige Doppeldusche, bequeme Betten und eine moderne Küche, die keine Wünsche offenlässt – ideal für alle, die auch im Urlaub gerne selbst kochen. Ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Die Kommunikation mit der Co Gastgeberin Tatiana war reibungslos und freundlich, wir hatten immer die Möglichkeit mit ihr zu Kontakten.

We spent the last couple of days of our vacation here and we wish we had spent more time… Beautiful spot with amazing views overlooking the neighborhood and the Mediterranean. Igor’s communication was top notch and he was very helpful prior and during our stay! The new bathroom renovation was beautiful too! We won’t ever forget our stay here!

Sonia is so kind. Very responsive. My laundry got wet outside in the rain and she helped me out. Apartment is clean and has everything you need for a nice stay

We had an amazing stay at Enrico’s apartment! From the very beginning, communication with him was outstanding — he was always quick to respond and went out of his way to provide helpful recommendations for day trips and things to do in the area. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with some essentials already in the fridge and breakfast items, which was such a thoughtful touch. The apartment itself has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay — well-equipped, clean, and cozy. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning and made every morning feel special. While the beach is within walking distance, keep in mind that the way back is a bit of a climb (about 20 minutes uphill), but totally worth it for the peaceful location and the amazing views. All in all, a wonderful experience — we’d love to come back and highly recommend staying here!
