BEAUTIFUL 1 BEDROOM FLAT HEART OF THE OLD TOWN

You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

Beautiful and comfortable flat , 50m2 of charm and stylish furnitures. Beautiful view on river Garonne with little balconies. In the lively area of the city, ideal for visiting the city on foot. Have a drink on the balcony and go down to dinner on the docks! 3rd floor, no elevator. Check-in 3:00 - 8:00. No late arrivals. 3rd floor without elevator. Difficult to access area by car, public paid parking.

Excelente alojamiento tal cual como se muestra en las fotos, bien ubicado cerca de transporte publico y tambien se puede ir caminando al centro de la cuidad. Zona tranquila. Fácil check in y check out, Lea mantuvo buena comunicacion y sus instrucciones fueron claras. No duraria en quedarme de nuevo en este alojamiento en otra visita.

Un séjour parfait dans une villa spacieuse et agréable ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle villa conforme à la description : très propre, moderne, bien équipée et située dans un quartier calme et agréable. La décoration est soignée, la literie confortable, et le logement offre beaucoup d’espace, idéal pour une famille. L’accès au centre-ville est simple, notamment grâce au tramway situé à environ 10 minutes à pied, et les transports en commun sont abordables. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la climatisation efficace à l’étage, le nombre de salles de bains très appréciable pour un séjour en groupe, et la propreté générale du logement. Tout correspondait parfaitement aux photos. Anna et Clément ont été des hôtes charmants, disponibles, réactifs et de bon conseil. Les échanges ont été fluides et agréables tout au long de notre séjour. Nous recommandons vivement!

We booked this very last minute as our other booking got cancelled. Mathilde was extremely helpful and responsive, check in and out was easy. The apartment was pristine and the terrace is a lovely little addition. The apartment was well equipped with everything for a long weekend in Bordeaux. We would definitely stay again when visiting Bordeaux.

Christophe est un hôte très accueillant et flexible, qui donne des bonnes conseils pour les visites. Son appartement se trouve dans le quartier des Chartrons et aves le tram on est à trois stations du centre ville. Il propose le petit-déjeuner, ce qui n'est pas le cas chez tous les hôtes. Et que j'ai pu prendre sur sa belle terasse. Effet waouh assuré. Grand amateur de bon thé, je me suis régalé dans sa collection. Son chien apprécie les caresses. Je retournerai volontiers chez Christophe quand je retournerai à Bordeaux.

Gracious hostess. Apartment was spacious, well-lit and beautifully decorated. Bourg is peaceful but we found plenty to do. I enjoyed the municipal pool on hot days. Truly a home away from home.
