BEAUTIFUL 1 BEDROOM FLAT HEART OF THE OLD TOWN

You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

In the center of Bordeaux this nice 2 rooms of 46m2 welcomes you in very comfortable level. The decor is neat, quality amenities, queen size bed (160x200) with comfortable mattresses. The large balcony with a beautiful view of the place Gambetta and the rue du Palais Gallien will allow you to lunch in the sun. Have a drink on the balcony and go down to dinner on the docks! 3rd floor, no elevator. Check-in 3:00 - 8:00. No late arrivals. 3rd floor without elevator. Difficult to access area by car, public paid parking.

Excellent accommodation as shown in the photos, well located near public transport and you can also walk to the city center. Quiet area. Easy check-in and check-out, Lea maintained good communication and her instructions were clear. I wouldn't stay at this place again on another visit.

A perfect stay in a spacious and pleasant villa! We had a great stay in this beautiful villa, which is as described: very clean, modern, well-equipped and located in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. The decoration is neat, the bedding comfortable, and the accommodation offers plenty of space, ideal for a family. Access to the city center is easy, especially thanks to the tram located about 10 minutes' walk away, and public transport is affordable. We particularly appreciated the efficient air conditioning upstairs, the number of bathrooms, which is very appreciable for a group stay, and the general cleanliness of the accommodation. Everything matched the photos perfectly. Anna and Clément were charming, available, responsive and good hosts. The exchanges were fluid and pleasant throughout our stay. We strongly recommend!

We booked this very last minute as our other booking got cancelled. Mathilde was extremely helpful and responsive, check in and out was easy. The apartment was pristine and the terrace is a lovely little addition. The apartment was well equipped with everything for a long weekend in Bordeaux. We would definitely stay again when visiting Bordeaux.

Christophe is a very welcoming and flexible host, who gives good advice for visits. His apartment is in the Chartrons neighborhood and with the tram you are three stations from the city center. They offer breakfast, which is not the case with all hosts. And that I was able to take on her beautiful terrace. Wow effect guaranteed. As a big fan of good tea, I enjoyed its collection. His dog enjoys being petted. I will gladly return to Christophe's when I return to Bordeaux.

Gracious hostess. Apartment was spacious, well-lit and beautifully decorated. Bourg is peaceful but we found plenty to do. I enjoyed the municipal pool on hot days. Truly a home away from home.
