Rural house with pool very close to Santiago.

The hosts were great! very welcoming and fun to be around, even sharing some cake and port with them whilst showing us their beautiful home. Communication was great throughout our stay. Can't fault it! I had a wonderful weekend celebrating my birthday in this beautiful setting.

Casa Tarrío with a pool. (Santiago de Compostela)

JosRating, 5 stars11 months ago
We were warmly welcomed by Clara and Pablo and that was the start of a too short but wonderful time in their home. Their hospitality and warmth was special despite the language barrier, which, by the way, was solved in a creative way. We can highly recommend a stay with Clara and Pablo to explore the beautiful surroundings (including Santiago de Compostela) from there.

A casa de Abaixo, rural accommodation

SergioRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The best description for Alicia and Jesus' accommodation would be PERFECT. Impeccable in every respect. The attention from them, the accommodation itself, the location, the surroundings... I could go on and on. The accommodation matches the description and photos 100%. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail. The lighting is spectacular (very warm and relaxing light). It is in a very quiet area but there are trails nearby for nature walks. Traveling with a child, we found it to be a very comfortable place, with the hosts providing us with an extra bed for our baby. The accommodation exudes peace and tranquility, making it a perfect place to unwind. I would recommend this accommodation more than 100% for all of the above. Greetings to Alicia and Jesus! If we come back to the area, we'll see each other again.

PENA DE ROCA - Pure Nature

RickRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Giovana’s accommodation was beautifully presented, immaculate and far exceeded our expectations. It has great outdoor and indoor space whether you’re a large family/friends holidaying together and cosy enough if you’re just a small family/group as we were. Rooms have been tastefully decorated to a high standard, very comfortable beds and the outdoor pool is a lovely addition. The little village was the perfect base for us to travel to Santiago de Compostela, to the coast at Noia and Portosin, and visit the extraordinary Castro de Barona. Padel courts were 20 minutes drive away and we could walk to the lovely local restaurant called Refuxio Merza - delicious food and very friendly. Local groceries from Panaderia Ramon and a coffee at Bar Rufo are an easy 10 minute walk away and again very friendly. Thank you Giovana for making our stay so enjoyable.

House with pool | Santiago de Compostela

NuriaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The house is well organized and quite large, perfect for large groups. Nothing could be heard from outside. The pool is covered, so you can enjoy it even if the weather isn't the best. They also left us a complimentary cheesecake that was delicious. We would definitely repeat the experience. The kitchen has kitchenware, oil, vinegar, salt as well as cleaning products. The only thing to note is that in none of the bathrooms was there shampoo or gel, so I recommend bringing it to the house. However, they did have several towels and toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

A fabulous place - accommodation was perfect for us! We enjoyed the walk in but would caution those that might not want a significant hill to walk up daily.
