Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Bootjack

Beautiful home in an absolutely ideal location. Our kids loved the game room, hit tub, swimming pool, yard games, and meeting Oliver and French Fry. The drive to Yosemite was easy, making this property an ideal place to stay if you want to make a day trip to the park. Highly recommend!

We had a great tenth anniversary celebration and were able to spend a few days at Yosemite. On the last night we dined at Idle Hour which we recommend for their wine tasting and their food. Robert provided the perfect place for our second honeymoon. It was very relaxing and close to stores and food establishments as well as hiking and natural beauty. It is a wonderful cabin tucked into the woods.

This place is on another level of beauty and privacy. Showed up. Gate was open. The ac was already on. Place was spotless. Ice maker full with ice (huge win!!) Sit on the deck and just take in the best view around. I gotta to hang for a few min at club red. The kayak around the lake was amazing. This is a top notch compound. Incredible the paradise they have built in the middle of nowhere!! Only negative was I had to leave. Thanks Joyce and tony for your hospitality. I will be back!!!

Great stay…the place is approximately 35/40 minutes away from the south entrance of the Yosemite National Park. It is 12 minutes away from grocery stores and other restaurants. The backyard is amazing and very relaxing. The bathroom has shampoo and liquid soap which is helpful if you forget your own. The bedroom was very accommodating although the bed was too soft for my husband’s back. The kitchen does not have a stove but it has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker and a kettle. Overall our experience was great although most of the time we spent at the national park.

Stayed here for a few nights and it was definitely a unique experience. The house is way out in the woods with barely any light around, so it gets super dark at night. Kind of spooky but also peaceful. What really made it worth it was the nature. Tons of wildlife, beautiful views, and total quiet. Great if you’re looking to unplug and just relax. Not much around, cute town about 15 min away, Yosemite south entrance about 1 hour away so come prepared, but overall a cool escape into nature.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It felt very private as it sits alone at the end of the street, beautiful and peaceful surroundings. It was very clean and comfortable, had everything we needed to cook and the beds were very comfortable. Angela was a great host. Very proactive in communicating and offering suggestions on things to do nearby. The drive into Yosemite was a 30 min drive to the South Gate. Would highly recommend staying here.

What a wonderful home. It had so many amenities from a fully stocked kitchen, to plentiful linens, throws and towels, a pool table room, outdoor fire put, new gas BBQ, and a hot tub. All with a view of the redwoods overlooking the redwoods. It felt luxurious and comfortable. The hosts were so quick to respond with questions and also checked back with to make sure we were comfortable. what a great home for a large group or just us two! And just under an hour to Yosemite. The local Chilnualna Falls and Swinging Bridge was great to visit too.

Very affordable place to stay compared to other bnbs nearby. Not a “cabin” but still had the homey cabin feel. Kitchen and fridge were stocked a little bit. Grocery store nearby. Very easy and flexible check in. Laurie who takes care of the rental for Robert was very nice and friendly and helpful. If you have kids there is a little selection of toys and also a little selection of dvds. Walking distance to the golf course across the street. Overall a very good experience. Would 100% stay there again.

This a peaceful retreat in an incredibly beautiful location. The cabin is located in a small, friendly, quiet and beautiful community. The neighborhood is connected to a nice trail and leads you along a river and waterfalls. The cabin is beautifully understated. Filled with quality pieces but they’re not pretentious so you instantly feel like you’re home and it’s cosy. The patio is a perfect place to have a meal and listen to the river next to the house. I would highly recommend staying in this cabin if you want Yosemite to be accessible but you’re not in the mix. Just keep in mind to get to Yosemite and its shuttle system it’s a bit of a drive BUT the drive is beautiful and it’s worth spending extra time in the car.

A charming and cozy private studio! It felt warm and welcoming, just like home. The setup was well thought out, and the bed was very comfortable. The host provided great local recommendations during our stay. Would definitely book again!

This is a lovely space, very roomy, clean and convenient. The view from the kitchen is beautiful and it is a peaceful and relaxing place to unwind after a day of outdoor adventures. I booked it to explore Yosemite, which is about an hour and 15min or so to the entrance. It’s a beautiful drive, and there is also so much to explore in Sonora, Columbia, and Jamestown. The Gold Rush history of this area is fascinating to me, and this is a perfect basecamp for nature hikes and historical sightseeing. Michele is super helpful, responsive, and gave me excellent suggestions of things to do and even an ideal itinerary for my four days there. Highly recommend.

It was a wonderful experience! This was one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed in through Airbnb. The host prepared so many thoughtful amenities, and there were so many heartwarming touches throughout the trip. Especially, the homemade cookies were amazing ! so delicious and full of love! I truly appreciated the care and attention to detail. it made the stay even more special!

A great small space to have some me time in the woods! Not too secluded but also not too busy. It’s next to a little creek and hiking trail with fun swim spots for hot days! Hosts were super friendly and are nearby at their home down the way. The place was clean, cozy and had a welcoming feel. Would definitely stay here again!

This little house was perfect! I stayed here for the weekend because my Daughter was getting married close by. It was the perfect place to get some much needed rest after spending a couple of long days getting everything ready. Melissa was great at communicating and gave clear info on checking in and out. Definitely would stay here again!

Had a great stay, great view in a quiet location. Next time I head to Yosemite Park I’ll definitely be looking to stay here again. Stacy was accommodating to us arriving just a little bit earlier than expected, couldn’t have asked for a better host. Place was fantastic!

This Airbnb was the perfect base for our Yosemite trip! Just over an hour from the park with a beautiful scenic drive. We loved the cozy fireplace and comfy furniture after long days of hiking. Jennifer was super responsive and is really a good host. Highly recommend.

The house was great and I'd recommend it to people looking for a jumping off point for Yosemite. Super comfy beds, great deck, enjoyable hot tub, beautiful location. Lots to love and we had a great time. A note for potential guests: The community (the Pine Mountain Lake Association) that the house is located within is currently experiencing heavy road work from 4/30/25-7/2/25. We had to wait 20+ mins to get into the neighborhood each time we came back, which was annoying to say the least. Not the fault of the airbnb host, but just FYI on expectations.

Hanna’s cabin is absolutely beautiful!! We absolutely felt at home and felt very comfortable. The pictures look like exactly what you are getting. We bought our two kids and they loved it too. Hanna did have a ball (which our 1 1/2 year old loved) and a kids camping set (great for our 7 year old). They played with the camping set all weekend! Our daughter said we should definitely go back! Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t the greatest but our kids did get to play on the swing set the morning we checked out. The beds our extremely comfortable! Which is huge for my husband. Honestly, it was perfect for our family of 4. I couldn’t say enough great things! Hanna was great and responded very quickly! If you have kids, the Fresno Zoo is a must see! It’s about an hour and 20 minutes away. We are so happy we chose to stay at Hanna’s cabin. Thank you so much for letting us stay and being such a wonder host! Definitely check it out if you are heading this way!

The Snickerdoodle was so sweet. We loved the magical feel of the house. We were visiting Yosemite park. We wish we could have stayed longer. Bed is soft and comfy. AC works great! Kitchen is well stocked. Outdoor area is private. Even though the other cabins are close you don’t feel like it with all of the lush plants.

The Brodie Cabin was a wonderful getaway for me and my family, with a peaceful neighborhood and gorgeous scenery. The place offered plenty of amenities, which made us feel right at home. Instructions were clear, and our host was very responsive and polite to our questions. Our stay exceeded our expectations, and we hope to return here sometime in the future!

Everything was 10/10. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Diana was extremely responsive and helpful. Couldn't ask for a better stay. Felt like home. Highly, highly recommend!!

This June I stayed at this amazing place. The pictures don’t do it justice. It has great decks and a very open floor plan. It is literally foot steps from one of the beaches and swim areas at Pine mountain lake. Another plus was the changing station for electric vehicles. We would definitely stay again. Brian is an excellent host.
