Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Boone County

My family and I have stayed at many AirBnBs. We all agreed this was by far the BEST one yet! Julie is extremely responsive and helpful! It was the perfect location for us (15 minutes from the Ark and 30 from the Creation Museum). The house was spotlessly clean, beautiful, so inviting and just completely stocked with every little thoughtful thing you could think of to make your stay great—tons of spices, basic cooking ingredients, fully stocked kitchen, s’mores basket, huge selection of tea, coffee and cocoa, blankets, beach towels, fishing gear, books (for kids and adults), games—you think “I wish we had…” it’s probably there!). The beds were SO COMFY, and my kids loved their bunks! We went on many kayaking adventures and fished daily right off the dock. We all loved the hot tub on the covered deck overlooking the river! It was so great that we added an extra day to our trip! The nice washer/dryer was a huge asset, as well! It really felt like home! Thank you, Julie! We will be back!

This was the perfect place for our two families to stay with the destination of The ARK Encounter/Creation Museum. It was very peaceful, beautiful view of the lake, amazing front porch to relax on. Would highly recommend this home to stay in. Rachael was extremely timely and helpful. Excellent customer service!

Perfect family getaway. It was nice that each of our adult children could have their own room and none of them shared a wall with another. (We did not use the 6th room that connects and is over the garage). Plenty of areas for socializing separately. And it was so nice to have enough plates, bowls, pots, pans, bakeware, utensils, etc that everyone who can stay in the house can cook and eat more than once before needing to do dishes!!! (This includes bath and pool towels). It was within 15 minutes of a Kroger and a Walmart for anything you may need. It was not quite as remote as it seemed to us in the pics and there were cats on the property that wanted attention. But neither of those would stop us from staying again. We really enjoyed the pool!

We loved our stay at Colleen's place! Everything was as described, and the location was even better than we anticipated. The historic downtown Lawrenceburg area is full of friendly people, great plaecs to eat, good coffee, and fun entertainment (we enjoyed the "Music on the River" concert on Thursday night, which occurs weekly through the summer). The purpose of our trip was to visit the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum, which were both fantastic, espcially the Ark - truly, you've got to see it! Colleen's place was the perfect spot for us. Everything was clean, beautifully decorated, and lovingly restored. We enjoyed reading about the history of the home/shop, and Colleen and Kirk's personal connection to it. Highly recommend, 10/10!

This place was perfect for our family! Very clean, great space and back yard. We loved sitting on the patio in the evenings. Easy walk to many restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again if we're ever back in the area.

This was a “cousins camp” with the grandparents and grands in quite a variety of ages. The house was beautiful, clean, cozy and just as described. Even though we could not get the address before its time, Josh guided us to a close-by supermarket to grocery shop online and have food upon our arrival. A couple of times we contacted him, his response was within minutes. The kids also thought “this house is great!” I wouldn’t doubt in recommending this place. Well done!!

Perfect location between the Creation museum and The Ark. Quiet and beautiful surroundings. House was bigger than I expected with lots of room. Travis was very responsive and understanding of my particular situation.

What a great place and literally in between anything you want to see from the ark, creation museum, river boat cruises and distilleries! Rosie and her husband are very sweet and helpful!! We got to meet them and hear the history of the house, so exciting!! Would love to visit them again!

Ludlow Bungalow was so awesome. Connor answered all of our questions and helped quickly. The Airbnb was Well kept, super clean, and I’d stay there again if in the area.

This is a great place for a single person to use as a base in Cincinnati. Mount Adams is a terrific neighborhood, close to the Art Museum, with great cafe, restaurants, bars, live music in walking distance in this quiet alcove of the city.

My boyfriend and I have stayed here multiple times. The space is always clean and extremely comfortable. It is in an excellent location with lots to do. Gwendolyn is so kind and a great host! We never hesitate to book her space when coming to Bellevue !

I had a great trip to Covington. House was as described. Parking was easy, as was the communication. Would stay again.

What a cozy and wonderful space to stay in with plenty of accommodations and great touches of hospitality. The parking is superb, the space is quaint and squeaky clean, and not a worry if you leave something behind at home (plenty of coloring/games/puzzles, little sweet treats, coffee, and small personal care items provided). We had a few questions throughout our stay and the communication was quick and very kind. The fire pit in the back was so nice and clean as well. I would keep this place my own little best kept secret if I could lol. We will be staying again next time we travel to Cincy!

We had such a lovely stay! The apartment was adorable and easy to find, even arriving late at night after a long drive and a concert. The directions were clear, and the thoughtful touches (like snacks, waters, goat milk fudge, and goat pellets to feed the goats on the property!) really made it special. The space had everything we needed, and it was quiet at night. During the day, we could hear a bit of noise from upstairs, but nothing disruptive. Their home, the animals, and the setting were all excellent; we’d definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us!

The Oasis was a wonderful stay. The space was nicely and thoughtfully appointed. It was clean, cozy, and quiet. Beverly was a great host. All instructions were very clear and all communication was highly prompt. We enjoyed our time and appreciated Beverly's hospitality very much.

Wow what a nice getaway for the weekend with my family. The cabin was very charming and had plenty of room for the 5 of us and our two dogs. The scenery was beautiful! The hosts had everything there we needed plus more! The cabin was clean and cozy. It was perfect and very relaxing for us. The hosts were friendly. I will definitely book again! The cabin was just like the description. It was very clean and it felt just like home. It was so peaceful and quiet. I had a very nice stay with my family.

What a great getaway! Our son experienced his first time fishing (and catching!) and what a great place to make those memories. It was a quick hour drive to Noahs Ark. The hot tub was squeaky clean and the sunrises and sunsets were spectacular.

What a beautiful place to stay! Like glamping but even better! A cozy cabin with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and area to be together. Lovely porch and fire pit, and so much nature to explore. A touch of faith and encouragement to spend time with nature and God. Had no idea such an air bnb could exist.

The Lodges were family-friendly and felt like a community. All the facilities were brand new. They were quick to communicate with us and respond to our requests. There is a Dollar General nearby for supplies. Very comfortable facilities. If we go back, this is where we will stay. Thank you

Beautiful, clean, cozy, we loved it all!

Absolutely beautiful place. We stayed in the smaller part of the house (to the right when looking at the house). Super clean house & a very well supplied kitchen. Great patio & grilling area also. Parking area is very steep but it was worth it.
