This apartment is absolutely amazing and perfect for your Edinburgh stay! It was absolutely pristine clean, gorgeous rooms and amazing bathroom, kitchen, living room area. Stunning decorations etc. They were so helpful with checking in and making sure everything was okay with our needs and we even had complimentary iron bru and tea cakes on arrival!

This is a beautiful apartment in a great location with lots of cafes and restaurants for meals if you don’t fancy cooking and within 15 minutes of the city centre . Ideal for a city break to explore Edinburgh

Colin's place is a really good-sized and well-equipped apartment that had everything we needed for a week-long stay. The location right next to the Water of Leith is great, and you can get into town easily by walking, bus or tram, plus there's loads to explore in the local area. Having secure parking was a real bonus too. Colin is a kind and caring host, and he went above and beyond to make sure that we could book in after another booking was cancelled at short notice.

The stay was fantastic, Kate's apartment was clean, cozy, super equipped, we lacked nothing. Kitchen, bathroom, everything for us at a high level. Very close to a tram or bus stop, very close to Lidl and Tesco stores. Bakery, pizzerias, trouble-free contact with the host. I will gladly recommend it to my friends. Thank you

Leith is a beautiful place to stay, away from the overly touristy area of Edinburgh. Quaint and peaceful. Lovely pubs and eateries. Emily was always responsive with communication. Lovely apartment, well stocked kitchen.

Olga’s place was even cuter than the pictures make it look! Very clean and walkable in the city. The shower situation was the only difficult part, but we expected it going in. The washing machine was also really helpful! Highly recommend staying here!

Lots of fantastic eateries and other things to discover in the local neighbourhood. …and a huge thank you to Simon for being such a welcoming and responsive host - he suggested vastly more places to eat than we could ever fit in…

Great location and very clean space. So good to be located so close to the tourist attractions in Edinburgh. It was wonderful to stop by and refresh when we needed to. Martin greeted us upon arrival and provided a tour of everything in the apartment, which made it much easier to use things. The instruction manual was helpful since we were not used to an all-in-one washer and dryer machine. It worked well.

Stayed here for 4 nights on our girls trip and we just loved it! The location is ideal such a hidden gem. Directly outside the apartment is the bus stop that takes you directly into the old town/ city centre ( 20ish mins ) & the tram is just a 5 min walk away! As well as an Aldi 3 mins away with really cheap groceries. Directly outside the apartment are a lot of amazing places to eat and drinks and patios facing the water! The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful and safe & the kitchen was stocked with everything you need, as well as the bathroom! Super clean. The beds weren’t very comfortable but everything else was amazing! Washer + dryer was also broken upon arrival and we were expecting to do laundry so that sucked, but he offered compensation for dry cleaning. Overall, would most definitely recommend and will be back :)

Perfect place for a stay in Edinburgh. Walkable location from the train station and to all the major attractions. Lovely apartment. Very quiet despite being so close to the city sites. Veronique lives nearby and was very friendly, kind and helpful. The apartment was well-supplied with fresh items, and not with leftovers from previous renters. So nice upon arrival to see fresh milk, butter, eggs, bread, juice, yogurt, and a full supply of condiments. Just a great place to stay. Highly recommended. Two nearby restaurants we'd recommend are an Italian restaurant called Amerone, and a French one called Chez Jules. Both excellent and reasonably priced. Busy, so booking ahead is recommended. We used a private driving service, LR Executive, for a day trip out to the highlands. Very expensive, but it was a great way to see the area and do some hiking. They allowed us to plan our own journey and stops. Ask for Andy--a great guide and driver.

A beautiful and spacious apartment. The bedrooms were very comfortable and well equipped. Very impressive views. It was very easy to get a bus into the centre of Edinburgh. We really appreciated and highly recommend the jacuzzi bath after running the Edinburgh Marathon!! Bulhar was great with communication. Also some extra touches were really appreciated - shampoos,conditioner and shower gel and other toiletries available to use in the bathroom. Also some soft drinks and teas and coffees available as well, which was very generous. Would definitely recommend this lovely apartment.

The Secret Orchard is a substantial, historic building. Fabulous inside, with modern fitting but still retaining many of the original features. Very comfortable beds. We particularly enjoyed the garden (Matt's tomatoes made me jealous). My wife thought the chickens, running free, were gorgeous.

Martin and Charul's home is wonderful! Truly a historic, beautiful home. You can stay for one day or a month and feel at home immediately. We stayed with young children and the toy and book collection was amazing for giving us some time to relax while they played! Note that the stairs are steep, so those were a bit challenging for the kids. Definitely doable! We would stay again!

Beautiful apartment. Was greeted and warmly welcomed. All the essentials were left for us in the kitchen including bread, butter, milk and even bottle of Prosecco to accompany us in the luxurious hot-tub. Worth the stay if you are visiting the area!
