Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Bonnieux

It was hard to leave Cyril’s place in wonderful Bonnieux and the Luberon. The terrace view was spectacular. The kitchen was well equipped. And the whole place lovely. This is in a perfect spot with the friendly neighborhood grocery store just steps away, as well as cafes and restaurants. What a place to walk around and look at the beautiful Provencial homes and views of the Luberon. It was some good exercise since the alleys wind upward toward the church at the top. It’s a great base for exploring the many beautiful villages in the area, as well. Just be aware that Cyril’s special home is not for people with mobility problems . I would be careful if you have children, too. There are some things about historic buildings that are to be expected. The lovely winding staircases and steps up and down within the house, for instance. This Airbnb is just as stated in the description and even better than in the photos. And, Cyril is such a helpful and responsive host. Merci!

Our family of 5 had the most wonderful stay at this charming farmhouse on a quiet street near the village of Gordes. La Bastide des As is absolutely beautiful, blending rustic charm with chic decor and modern amenities. The house is spacious and cozy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the lovely pool and outdoor dining areas- perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the surrounding villages. Sophie was truly amazing. She was incredibly attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and going out of her way to make our stay special. She sent us advance recommendations on activities, dining, vineyards and shopping. Her warm hospitality really added to the experience. It’s a lovely place for anyone looking to unwind in the heart of Provence—a perfect combination of tranquility and modern comforts. We can’t wait to return!

Stunning property in a superb location with a very attentive host. The 2 parking spaces were an absolute bonus. Having 3 en suite bedrooms was a real treat and the layout of the house was fantastic. I highly recommend this property and will be back again.

The outside areas of the property are as comfortable as the inside. All the rooms are spacious and clean. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped for preparing meals. There is every piece of equipment you would need. There was plenty of hot water and the fire was a lovely addition for chilly evenings. There are also lots of kitchen supplies to get you started or bathroom necessities in case you forgotten anything. The garden isn't fenced but this didn’t cause us any issues with our dogs. The protection dogs across the road are secured behind fences and didnt cause us any problems. We found them very friendly once you'd be there for a couple of days. We would definitely recommend staying here, Valerie is delightful.

Que dire : un logement de qualité, très bien équipé, très propre. Des hôtes très accueillants dans un bel écrin, avec une petite visite pour vous accueillir et le petit déjeuner offert avant le départ, même très tôt, adorable. L’emplacement est parfait vite en ville et vite en dehors et à proximité de la piste cyclable pour découvrir les environs. Nous ne pouvons que vous recommander le lieux.

A fantastic stay. A beautiful home with all amenities in spotless condition, set among the vines and olive trees. Cara was a great host and quickly answer our queries. We highly recommend.

The place was exactly as wonderful as it looked on the photos. I loved the kitchen equipment and that there was lots of spare plates and cutlery. The pool was wonderful.

Bonnieux is a quiet village in the Luberon, and Jennifer’s place helps you to slip immediately into relaxation. The views are absolutely stunning. We woke each morning to birdsong. The home is beautifully decorated and also homey at the same time. We had all the amenities we needed and more. The terrace was the perfect spot for a glass of wine or a nap (or both!). Jennifer also provided excellent recommendations for food. We had one of our most favorite meals at her recommended restaurant. The house manager was friendly, responsive and helpful. The location is ideal to Sun Ebikes and the Luberon Greenway bike path. We spent several days touring around, enjoying warm sunshine, seeing poppy fields, and discovering other villages. There is an AMAZING ice cream shop and chocolate shop. We loved Bonnieux the best! We can’t wait to return to this beautiful property.

We had a wonderful vacation in the Provence! Valerie's place is beautiful and set in one of the most beautiful and quiet villages in the region. It has great views and it made us feel really at home. The apartment has everything that we needed - it was clean, very cozy and tastefully furnished. Valerie was a great host - she gave us excellent recommendations about the local restaurants and we felt really welcomed there. We will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful week in the Luberon. Elizabeth's place is situated in the rural hamlet of St Veran, just a short walk away from the hill top village of Lacoste. The property ticks all the boxes. Traditional stone cottage oozing charm. Cool inside. Comfy bed. Quiet at night. Fully equiped kitchen. Outside space for relaxing and eating. Good walks from the door. Elizabeth was a perfect host. We had a mishap on our journey from Avignon and Elizabeth went above and beyond to retrieve us - literally. After a long and hot delayed day of travel, the cool and calm of the property was welcome and therapeutic. Topped off by a bottle of Luberon Rose in the fridge and lavender soap in the bathroom. Elizabeth provides a superb range of local maps and guides - it is the small touches that make a big difference. Very sad to leave. Thank you Elizabeth for your kindness.

It’s our second time staying here so we were much better at finding the parking. The place has a brilliant design- good mix of new and old. Of course we’ll return.

Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir mit der Unterkunft zufrieden, vor allem mit der Lage. Herrlich wenn man vom Auto die Straße runterläuft und mitten zwischen Restaurants, geschmackvollen Butiks und Ateliers wohnt. Die Wohnung an sich ist schön, genau wie auf den Bildern. Etwas ungewöhnlich ist dass Badezimmer mit Toilette in der Wohnung oben ist, man muss immer die Treppe nehmen. Auch die Wohnung an sich ist im 4. oder 5. Stock ohne Aufzug, das sollte man wissen, uns hat es aber nicht gestört

Très bel appartement au cœur du village de Lourmarin. Je trouve qu’il est mieux en vrai que sur les photos. Belle superficie et facilement accessible. Tout était parfait ! Nathalie a était très réactive a nos messages et nos demandes. Je recommande vivement

Fabienne’s apartment was delightful with beautiful furniture and a great kitchen and amenities. Everything was of a very high quality, terrific shower and lovely area to relax. The building was lovely and we enjoyed our stay very much.

What an unusual and exciting little flat. The view across to the cathedral and the hills behind, with swifts flying around non-stop, was just extraordinary, and the perfect place to watch the fireworks on the Pentecost holiday; as well as being peacefully above the bustle of this ancient town. A unique setting.

Theresa’s place is actually better than the photos , we were lucky to have 8 nights there , and did not want to leave , the town gordes with the castle is the best place to explore surrounding towns and then come back to gordes and so many local walks to the Abby and surrounding countryside , and the pool area is beautiful , words do not describe how wonderful it all is , thanks to thesesa for sharing her home and pool and garden it is all very private and peaceful ,you can notice all the love in all The details merci ❤️

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au petit Florian. Le logement était très propre et il possède tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer un bon séjour. L'appartement privé est paisible. Nous avons apprécié manger sur la terrasse. Le logement est facile d'accès et très bien situé. Anne est très chaleureuse et réactive, elle saura vous donner des recommandations pour passer un agréable séjour. Nous vous recommandons ce logement.

Wir würden 10 Sterne vergeben, die Wohnung ist toll, die Lage der Vera da über dem Fluss, die Terrasse am Fluss gibt eine natürliche Klimatisierung an heissen Tagen, am Abend ist die Stimmung besonders gemütlich mit dem Plätschern des Flusses, den sich darin Spiegelungen Lichtern von Fontaine-de-Vaucluse. Im Herzen des viel besuchten Städtchens, wo abends die Ruhe einkehrt. Dann der bequemer Privatparkplatz und nachmittags unter den Platanen am Fluss im grossen Privatpark sitzen und ein Buch lesen. Wunderbar. Wir können die Wohnung unbedingt empfehlen. Denis war immer erreichbar und hat uns den Checkin bestens ermöglicht und viele Tipps gegeben. Er ist sehr nett und seinen Gästen gegenüber aufgeschlossen. Danke Denis für alles!

Un tres bon sejour. Le logement tout mignon qui propose tout le necessaire. Quartier calme. Les echanges etaient amicaux et fluides. Une bonne adresse😊

Nous avons passé une nuit dans le logement de Coralie et Romain. La literie est très confortable, l’appartement spacieux et calme. J’ai lu certains commentaires à propos de la VMC. Si on ferme les portes de la salle d’eau et des toilettes, on ne l’entend pas. Nous avons eu un très bon échange avec Coralie, qui a été très accueillante. Il y a toutes sortes de commerces à proximité ; l’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue est une charmante petite ville. Je recommande le logement de Coralie et Romain.

Très bel appartement, nous sommes tombés sous son charme, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et très bien équipé, situé dans une résidence privée et sécurisée avec un beau parc bien entretenu avec la Sorgue à côté que du bonheur ! Le parking privé, un plus dans ce village très touristique ! Nous avons été sensibles par les délicates attentions laissées par Isabelle et Mathieu à notre arrivée. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et y reviendrons avec plaisir !
