This place beat our expectations! Was easy to access Disney springs and the OCCC from the apartment. The property itself was quiet which made our relaxing time very nice. Furnished very beautifully! The hosts were great to work with and very responsive!

Larissa’s place truly exceeded our expectations. After spending long days at the parks, it was such a treat to return to a space that was cozy, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The home had everything we needed and more ,from thoughtful accommodations to tasteful décor that made the space feel extra special. The balcony was a lovely bonus, perfect for unwinding in the evening. It was also incredibly quiet, we never heard any noise from neighbors, which made for peaceful nights. Larissa was a fantastic host. She was very responsive and quick to address any needs or questions we had, which made the stay even more seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming place to stay.

Great communication, fast replies, very friendly. Location was perfect for us exploring the Windermere and Hamlin area. Very close to the parks (10 min) and the local Publix is right around the corner.

Let me tell you with all honestly: You will be more that please with Stephanie’s place. If you think the photos already look amazing wait until you see it !! The whole apartment make our vacation 10x better. Coming back home to a huge place to rest, perfectly clean, well stack, parking on premises is a dream. I wont hesitate to rent this place again. TOP NOTCH! The communication was so simple and smooth and the thing that stood up the most was the amazing bathrooms with a bunch of towels and amenities. Huge closets and the living rooms is the perfect piece to lay back and watch a movie.

Myrtle was very communicative and checked in and made sure we got in ok. Her place was cozy and not far from the parks. She gave very clear instructions and we would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay for Disney trips with lots of space.

The condo was perfect for our event. The location was convenient to the ESPN world sports center and Disney Springs. Nice pool and view. Great little pool bar. The condo looks like the photos. The space was clean and the only issue we had was with the sheets and the host had that fix immediately. The balcony could use a wipe down and a refresh but all in all a perfect place for a disney stay. Would stay again!

Family stayed here for a week in May for a wedding. It was a nice condo and the resort has a lot to offer. Great location so close to everything Disney!!!

Thank you for having us. Stay was actually as pictured and had lots of restaurants and activities to do around the area. Very peaceful and quiet. Loved the pool and enjoyed the surroundings.

Well kept vacation spot in Kissimmee, FL. Nearby Disney World, grocery stores, great restaurants. Perfect spot for a family with young kids, as it is a gated community with local amenities (water park). Community is quiet and well kept.

Great location with lots to do without stepping a foot into one of the parks. Check in was easy and condo was clean. Since it’s a time share, they of course want you to take time during your stay to hear their sales pitch but all you have to do is say no and they weren’t aggressive about it. Lazy rivers and pools are fantastic. Close to Disney Springs which has a ton of restaurants to choose from. Overall great place!

Bill and Zony’s apartment was the perfect Orlando home base. The unit was spotless, thoughtfully furnished, and exactly as pictured, but the real standout is the location—everything from the theme parks to great restaurants and grocery stores was an easy drive (or even a quick ride-share) away. Check-in was seamless thanks to clear instructions, and Bill and Zony checked in just enough to be sure I had everything I needed without ever feeling intrusive. The kitchen had all we need for cooking, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the beds were wonderfully comfortable after long park days. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone who wants convenience, comfort, and genuinely welcoming hosts.

The condo was excellent!! The rooms were as pictured in the photos. The location was great! We walked to Universal Park from our site (not everyday lol). The on-site pool was fun. We were also able to go to the beach. Not too far. I would recommend this place and the host. Kimberly was great at responding and answering any questions we had. It was a trip for my daughter who had graduated from Henderson State University and she LOVED IT!

Liana’s place was amazing and the bed was so comfy. It was a nicely clean suite and was filled with supplies to help our stay feel comfortable and convenient. 17 mins away from disney springs and 8 mins away from Universal City Walk.

Great stay, thank you for an amazing clean comfortable vacation we had. We were staying literally just a few steps away from the pool. Jetty was quick to respond to all my questions Condo was super clean and felt like i was at home. A+ on everything this condo had to offer. Dont look anywhere else, this location is a gem. The apartment was just as described! Perfect for what we were looking for, and an amazing price! The value was incredible! Good location, plenty of restaurants not far from the location. We were down from Atlanta to visit Universal, the drive to the parks was pretty easy, Disney seems even closer. Would definitely recommend this apartment for families visiting the theme parks! Would book again in a heart beat! Kuber was very responsive and checked to make sure everything was going well with our stay! Can not recommend this apartment enough!
