A decent apartment. It has everything you need for comfortable staying for few days.

We immediately felt at home at Lucile's place. It was a clean, lovely flat and offered a relaxed atmosphere. The central courtyard feels very Parisian! We loved exploring the local area (with some great recommendations from Lucile) and it also offered a great base for exploring more of Paris!

We are a family with two children (7 and 12 years old). We loved the stay. The house was clean and tidy, it is practical and with a pleasant decoration. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need. Being able to park the car inside the house and use the garden was fantastic. It is also a plus to have a bakery and the train station (Gare de Bondy) at the end of the street to take the RER to Paris. Crossing the train tracks through the station to the other side, there is also a small supermarket and a pharmacy. The owners responded to our questions via the Airbnb chat quickly and in the fleeting in-person encounters they were always friendly.

We had a very nice time in Paris in Mathias' apartment. It is beautifully furnished and very close to the metro station, from which you can reach the whole city. The kitchen was well equipped and the washing machine is really practical. We would definitely come again if we were to go to Paris again. Highly recommended! 🌸

My wife and I had a great long weekend stay here in a marvelous flat with a great balcony over the streets. Spacious for 2 adults and light and airy. Bed was comfy and kitchen very well equipped. Quiet at night yet moment's from the sights and attractions. Very safe around the area at night too on the walks home. Would thoroughly recommend.

We stayed at this apartment as a group of six and had a wonderfull experience. The place looked exactly like the photos-bright, clean, andi filled with natural light. It was well-maintained and had all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. Access to the apartment was easy with a keyless entry system, and the instructions provided were very clear, making check-in completely hassle-free. The host was extremely helpfull and responsive throughout our stay. She was prompt in replying to messages and very accommodating-she even arranged a larger parking space for us as we were bringing a bigger vehicle, which we really appreciated. The apartment is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed stay in a calm setting

Very cozy and comfortable apartments. This place is 5 minutes walk from metro line which rides to the Paris city centre which made the visit more clear. Kham is a very responsive, he provides clear instructions and helps in case of any issues, responds very quickly.

The apartment is the perfect place if you're on a trip in Paris. It's located in a quite neighborhood and you feel directly at home. Like others already stated, also we found some baguette and croissants from the really good bakery just across the street as a welcome gift, which is absolutely nice and tasted so good! In just a few minutes walking you find everything you need - a supermarket, bakeries, little restaurants and bistrots and also a bus and métro station that get you around really easily. It was a wonderful stay, highly recommended! :)

Oliver was incredibly responsive and kind. My daughter left her iPad in the unit, and I contacted him from the airport to let him know it was there. He let us know as soon as he found it, and agreed to hold it to return to us when we return to Paris in 3 weeks. This set our minds at ease and allowed us to enjoy the rest of our time in Europe without anxiety about losing this. Being able to trust a host like this is a gift!

Great place: • Exactly as on the pictures, clean and modern with great amenities. • 5 minutes from the metro and a total of less than 30 from Chatelêt. • Hélène was very kind and proactive - check in and out were smooth. Overall extremely pleasant, highly recommended!

We stayed three nights in this apartment and are very satisfied. It was easy to find and we could park for free on the street, which is ideal if you come by car, as we did. The apartment was spacious and clean, exactly as in the photos. Communication with the host went smoothly; she responded quickly to our questions. For example, when we didn't know how the microwave worked, we immediately got a clear explanation. There is a possibility to travel to the city by public transport, but we did not do that. For us, this was a bit too cumbersome because of the transfer. We chose to travel with Uber, which worked very well, there was always a quick Uber available. All in all, a pleasant stay, especially if you like peace and quiet and don't want to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city. You will get a large, clean apartment in a quiet area.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the center of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There is a lot of commerce and you feel safe when walking home. Sophie's space is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The icing on the cake was the Jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and sheets are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We'll definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

Xavier’s apartment was perfect, right in the centre of Paris on the serene Île de Saint Louis. There were bakeries and coffee shops within a few minutes’ walk. It was easy to get to the sights of Paris but felt calm and restful. The apartment was well furnished and spotless. The stocked coffee machine was a great treat. All in all this was a perfect base from which to explore Paris, and a lovely home to return to.

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramo’s suite. It was exactly as the pictures showed it. The location is absolutely ideal right on the Seine River which offers stunning views and peaceful atmosphere. The place is quiet, private and feels like a true escape from the hustle of the city. Practicality was top notch: there’s a-lot of local grocery stores just a short walk away and it was very easy for G7 drivers to find the address and pick us up. Everything about this place made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.
