The apartment is really very nice and clean, it also has the style of Cinzia, a person who loves sincerity and simplicity, as well as the beauty of nature. She has always been available to requests and has always provided useful suggestions. I highly recommend this place, essential and comfortable, both for those who want to spend days in the mountains and at the sea, easily accessible but remaining a little off the classic tourist routes.

An impeccable apartment, in a super central area, with parking a few blocks away that solved the problem of parking in Genoa. All the details you can imagine, it seems recently renovated, I felt at home. Very attentive to the host.

It was an accommodation in a residential area on the outskirts of Recco, the walk 👍🏻without slopes, traffic lively, shopping on the way to the apartment, ... a holiday resort preferred by Italians... beautiful hikes from Location from possible…close to the beach 20 minutes on foot… A beautiful, authentic place where life also takes place outside of tourism...

Great apartment in the heart of La Spezia! Easily walkable to everything — the train station, ferries, museums, restaurants and shops. The washer/dryer was essential in allowing us to pack light on our 2 week Italian adventure. If I’m ever lucky enough to be back in the area, would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Would 100% recommend staying. Apartment was immaculately clean and very modern interior. Hosts were attentive and provided local recommendations. Good location.

We had a truly wonderful 4 night stay! Here are some of the advantages for staying here: 1) conveniently located near the ferries to Portofino/Santa Margherita, lovely beach clubs, cafes/restaurants/shopping plus walking distance from the train station, 2) really has all the home amenities needed for a comfortable stay, which also enables you to “live like a local” 3) prompt, clear and helpful communication with our host. Our stay was completely successful! Communication with Elisa was super easy and pleasant – we felt in good hands from the start. The house was exactly as described: clean, cozy and well equipped. My family and I (5 adults and 1 teenager) had the most wonderful stay at Maria Teresa’s place. Her home is very beautiful and welcoming, there was more than enough space for the family to feel comfortable. This area of Emilia-Romagna is very unique and incredibly peaceful. We felt a strong connection to nature, to the agricultural traditions, and to the history of the region. There were so many surprises to learn about and discover in our short stay! Maria Teresa is truly a “super host”. With an abundance of grace and hospitality, she made our visit an unforgettable experience. Maria answered all of our questions (from restaurants to history) with enthusiasm and patience. Our family felt very cared for during our stay. We were sad to leave! For anyone planning a visit; our family rented cars from the airport in Bologna which was a piece of “torta”. Monte Fuso is great for hiking. Visit the caseificio. We were sorry to miss the pool. Our stay was a hidden gem.

Our family vacation (4 people) in this place was an absolute dream and in reality even more impressive than in the photos. The entire property is immaculately clean and exudes a wonderful, peaceful atmosphere. For our children and us, the pool in front of the breathtaking mountain scenery was the daily highlight - a perfect place to unwind and enjoy. The location is fantastic for escaping everyday life and being active at the same time. We explored the area on several beautiful hiking tours. But what really makes the stay special are the hosts: Chris and Joanna are incredibly warm and helpful. Their hospitality is exceptional. We highly recommend this place.

Erika is very friendly and does her best to satisfy us: very clean and nicely decorated accommodation, functional with everything you need, full of food and small touches, recommendations about everything you can do in Genoa and the surrounding area, remains super available according to our needs, etc... Very pleasant to return to this quiet and green environment after being in the city. We traveled by bus and metro, leaving the car in the space reserved for it, it was very easy. Leaving the accommodation, we ventured into the hills taking a road indicated by Erika in front of the nearby restaurant, the view of the green hills, Genoa and the sea is superb.

Mara’s apartment is a jewel in Viareggio. It is beautifully designed and fitted out with loads of room inside and a great functioning kitchen and wonderful private balconies to sit out to eat or relax.The location is perfect within walking distance to the beach, shops and many restaurants, bars and cafes. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Viareggio

Michele took very good care of us, we even had a free shuttle service to the train station to go to the national park, incl. advice. He recommended very good restaurants and even made reservations for us. The accommodation was very clean and he is very eager to fulfill every wish. We really enjoyed our stay at the house. It felt like a real Airbnb experience, the house had a rich history and the house felt very homey. It was beautifully decorated and also had amazing family photos. The house had everything we needed and was a beautiful escape during the days when portofino can get quite busy. The terrace was amazing to sit out and eat dinner. From every window there were fantastic views. We felt very lucky that the owners of the house want to share the experience with others!

Communication with Barbara was very easy. We arrived at 11:00 pm and her husband Tizziano waited for us at the station to accompany us to the accommodation. The apartment was clean and tidy and in an unbeatable location. Except that it faces the street and at night you can hear all the noise from the street. I would be delighted to recommend Barbara's accommodation!

We loved our stay in Santa Margherita! Cosimo’s place was clean, spacious and quiet. It’s walkable without big luggage (5 minutes from the station, but up steep stairs!). We stayed with our 6 month baby and walked to the main city centre multiple times. Thank you for your lovely home- we would recommend this place to anyone travelling to the area!

We had a fantastic stay at this very special apartment in Genoa. We were three friends traveling together, and the apartment was incredibly spacious and full of character. It has a unique artistic charm – not your standard holiday flat, but something with real soul. The apartment was clean and in great condition, with the kind of patina you’d expect from a historic building – full of atmosphere, yet with everything perfectly functional. The kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms were all well-equipped, and the terrace was an absolute highlight: stunning views over the port and a perfect spot to unwind. Communication was flawless and proactive from start to finish. The location is excellent – close to everything you might need, yet peaceful. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates a unique place with personality. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

This is an incredible Airbnb in Cinque Terre. It’s very easily accessible from the train station, with no big hikes or hills required. The unit is compact but never felt too small, it was very homey. The view was gorgeous. The amenities, specifically the washing machine and the AC units, were huge helps on our trip. Agos communicated often, effectively, and have very clear instructions. My husband and I absolutely loved our stay. We do not have anything negative to say.

Ideally located accommodation to enjoy the Cinque Terre from the Spezia Centrale train station. As a bonus, a terrace for an aperitif in the evening!

Maura was lovely, a great hostess: attentive and thoughtful. We felt right at home. The apartment has all the comforts for a good rest. The kitchen is very well equipped. It's a spacious apartment. It is true that it does not have much natural light or views, but it is quiet and pleasant. The location is very central. Everything is close.

Everything was perfect! Everything was prepared for our two little kids. Thank you so much! Only the fact that we couldn‘t enter the door with our twin stroller was a bit annoying as it was a smaller door than expected. But no one‘s fault. We loved the flat! Again thank you very much! We love to come back with a smaller stroller! :)

I’m really glad that we chose to stay at Alessandro’s apartment. It was wonderful. Only a couple of years old. It’s so clean, roomy and comfortable. Very high ceilings. The air conditioning in the bedroom is great. There is a fan in the living area. More than adequate. It’s always a lovely temperature in the apartment. We decided to stay in Genoa as a base. One day we visited the historic areas of Genoa. The next we took a train to the Cinque Terre. The last day we did a half day boat trip to Positano. Such a fantastic trip!
