Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Bonassola

We, two adults and three children, had a wonderful time in this beautiful penthouse. Although the weather was not on our side, we made some lovely trips to neighbouring villages and Genoa. The beach is almost on the doorstep and is clean. The area is perhaps a little too quiet for teenagers, but that was also due to the weather.

Great apartment in the heart of La Spezia! Easily walkable to everything — the train station, ferries, museums, restaurants and shops. The washer/dryer was essential in allowing us to pack light on our 2 week Italian adventure. If I’m ever lucky enough to be back in the area, would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Would 100% recommend staying. Apartment was immaculately clean and very modern interior. Hosts were attentive and provided local recommendations. Good location.

La casa di Petra è veramente un gioiello nel cuore di una zona della Liguria che amo molto. Pulita, luminosa, tranquilla…aprire la finestra della stanza e affacciarsi direttamente sul mare vale il soggiorno! Ci torneremo sicuramente! Grazie Petra!

We had a truly wonderful 4 night stay! Here are some of the advantages for staying here: 1) conveniently located near the ferries to Portofino/Santa Margherita, lovely beach clubs, cafes/restaurants/shopping plus walking distance from the train station, 2) really has all the home amenities needed for a comfortable stay, which also enables you to “live like a local” 3) prompt, clear and helpful communication with our host. Rapallo is a really special place~ we are looking forward to another visit to the Ligurian coast and would love to return to Emanuele’s place. Grazie Mille!

Carolina is very helpful and communicates well. Her place is in a safe, quiet, beautiful location with restaurants nearby. Didn’t use kitchen because we ate local food which was delicious. Really appreciated the cleanliness. View is spectacular!! Washer works and clothes dry quickly on clothesline. It was really hot but thankfully a/c saved us! Only negative is the sewage smell in the bathroom, but not sure if that’s something she can change…she does have air fresheners in there. Shower was clean and worked great. We slept well and are grateful for our time there. ❤️🇮🇹

Very nice clean and modern apartment in La Spezia. We found it just as described. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions. We walked along the harbour to a lovely pedestrian only area where we enjoyed a great dinner. Thank you!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Carmine! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und perfekt gelegen für Ausflüge in die Cinque Terre. Carmine war ein freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

My family and I (5 adults and 1 teenager) had the most wonderful stay at Maria Teresa’s place. Her home is very beautiful and welcoming, there was more than enough space for the family to feel comfortable. This area of Emilia-Romagna is very unique and incredibly peaceful. We felt a strong connection to nature, to the agricultural traditions, and to the history of the region. There were so many surprises to learn about and discover in our short stay! Maria Teresa is truly a “super host”. With an abundance of grace and hospitality, she made our visit an unforgettable experience. Maria answered all of our questions (from restaurants to history) with enthusiasm and patience. Our family felt very cared for during our stay. We were sad to leave! For anyone planning a visit; our family rented cars from the airport in Bologna which was a piece of “torta”. Monte Fuso is great for hiking. Visit the caseificio. We were sorry to miss the pool. Our stay was a hidden gem.

Chris’ place is amazing: cozy and quiet but close enough to the town, and the view is simply spectacular. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Chris’ place to anyone planning a vacation in Italy.

Erika est très sympathique et fait son maximum pour nous satisfaire: logement très propre et joliment décoré, fonctionnel avec tout le nécessaire, plein de victuailles et de petites attentions, des recommandations concernant tout ce qu'il est possible de faire à Gênes et dans les environs, reste hyper disponible selon nos besoins, etc... Très agréable de revenir dans cet environnement calme et verdoyant après avoir été en ville. Nous nous sommes déplacés en bus et en métro en laissant la voiture à la place qui lui est réservée, c'était très facile. En quittant le logement, nous nous sommes aventurés sur les collines en prenant une route indiquée par Erika en face du restaurant à proximité, la vue sur les collines verdoyantes, Gênes et la mer est superbe.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect stay for a couple of days, very quiet and a clean and slightly quirky apartment. It’s worth noting that the stairs to the bedroom really are steep; we came down backwards and couldn’t get our bags up the stairs. Having said that the room was lovely and airy. We enjoyed the walk down into Camolgli but it is a bit of a hike back up.! Loved the bonus of the local open air swimming pool and super friendly staff.

Mara’s apartment is a jewel in Viareggio. It is beautifully designed and fitted out with loads of room inside and a great functioning kitchen and wonderful private balconies to sit out to eat or relax.The location is perfect within walking distance to the beach, shops and many restaurants, bars and cafes. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Viareggio

Our time at Casa Torrento will always be unforgettable: The beautiful location, hidden between olive and fig trees, the wonderful pools, the cool evenings and great starry skies. Plus the warm and helpful manner of host Loris, whose tiramisu was absolutely world class.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Olive Press Lodge - leider zu kurz. Das Anwesen ist so schön und liebevoll gepflegt, wir haben uns jeden Abend gefreut "nach Hause" zu kommen. Wir wurden von Thomas sehr freundlich und offen empfangen und er hatte auch in den kommenden Tagen stets ein offenens Ohr, hatte kostbare Tipps und war hilfbereit - auf eine angenehme, unaufdringliche Weise. Wir haben es geschätzt, dass sie nebenan wohnen, wir fühlten uns zu Hause und Willkommen. Das Haus selber hat alles, was man braucht, man kann sich sofort wohl und angekommen fühlen. Wir hatten auch Regentage und haben es genossen, dass es drin so geräumig und so gemütlich ist. Die Olivenhaine drumherum und der schöne Garten, der, wie alles, liebevoll und bis ins Detail gestaltet und gepflegt ist, runden das Ganze wundervoll ab. Für uns war es rundum perfekt und ich kann jedem diesen wunderbaren Platz nur wärmstens empfehlen! Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Michele hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert, wir hatten sogar einen gratis Fahrservice zum Bahnhof um in den Nationalpark zu fahren, incl. Beratung. Er hat uns sehr gute Restaurants empfohlen und sogar für reserviert. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und er ist sehr bemüht um jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und würden die Unterkunft auch weiter empfehlen. Daumen hoch, herzlichen Dank Michele 👌🏼🥂

Viajamos dos adultos y dos niños de 6 y 9 años. El alojamiento correcto y muy cómodo, Cosimo es un gran anfitrión, siempre atento y predispuesto a que nuestra estancia fuera excelente. La ubicación es muy buena si buscas alejarte del jaleo pero seguir estando céntrico ya que en 10 minutos andando estás en el pueblo (eso sí, con subida a la vuelta, aunque nada complicada).

Wunderbar gelegen, Strände, Geschäfte, Restaurants gleich nebenan. Trotz Lärm von früh bis spät haben wir gut geschlafen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

We had a fantastic stay at this very special apartment in Genoa. We were three friends traveling together, and the apartment was incredibly spacious and full of character. It has a unique artistic charm – not your standard holiday flat, but something with real soul. The apartment was clean and in great condition, with the kind of patina you’d expect from a historic building – full of atmosphere, yet with everything perfectly functional. The kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms were all well-equipped, and the terrace was an absolute highlight: stunning views over the port and a perfect spot to unwind. Communication was flawless and proactive from start to finish. The location is excellent – close to everything you might need, yet peaceful. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates a unique place with personality. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a lovely stay at Massimiliano's flat. The place looked beautiful and was very clean. Massimiliano provided us with a list of recommendations, which were great especially the restaurants and bars. Upon arrival we were met by Fabrizio, who was very kind and welcoming. He showed us the place and gave us all the necessary information. The apartment is located in the historical part of Genova, near some cafés and restaurants which can be loud at night, but this didn't bother us.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, schöne Wohnung. Giuseppe war sehr freundlich und hat uns bei Fragen immer schnell weitergeholfen. Unterkunft kann nur empfohlen werden.

We visited towns along the Italian and French Riviera during our vacation, and Rapallo was truly our favourite place. It had a vibe that is hard to explain in words, and we felt so at home there. Massimo’s apartment was in the heart of the town, with lively shops and restaurants all around. It was also very easy to access other areas for sightseeing via train or ferry. The location is highly recommended if you want to visit Cinque Terre, Portofino, Santa Margherita Ligure, etc. The apartment was just down the street from the train station, and it was very clean, with bright beachy decor. The windows were quite soundproof, and we really didn’t hear much street noise when the windows were closed. The host met us upon arrival, and it was an easy check in experience. Many thanks!

We were so lucky that we could book Silvia's gorgeous place last minute. She was responsive, lively, and full interesting information upon our arrival. We were in awe about the flat bubbling of history and past centuries. Absolutely the best Airbnb I’ve ever booked. The place is luxurious and comfortable, beautifully appointed, and peaceful, while being close to many of the sights Genoa has to offer. Fanny’s attention to detail is impeccable — it is a dream of a place. My highest recommendation. I’d reserve again in a heartbeat.
