The house is airy, clear, aligns well-being and comfort, and in it we adapt spaces for those who want (need) to work. The beach is calm, without waves, and in the neighborhood there are bars, restaurants, shops, a bakery, cafes, an ice cream parlor, and always lots of fun attractions!

The Old Cassava Mill in the Taquaras neighborhood, fully restored and today a beautiful site with a 3,000-meter garden, a two-minute walk from Taquaras Beach.
