I thought the stay was excellent, it met our expectations. The location is unbeatable, 2 blocks from downtown and 1 and a half blocks from the beach. The house is very complete for both cooking and cleaning and with various accessories to go to the beach. In addition to the complex being super safe and very peaceful. Jorge welcomed us excellent and always attentive to inquiries of places to eat or order food. Super recommended and I would definitely come back.

The apartment is very comfortable and functional. It has everything on hand without having to use the vehicle. Juliana and Sergio are very friendly and helpful, they helped us a lot with check-in, gastronomic, tourist suggestions, and we even had problems with the vehicle and its orientations were essential to be able to continue enjoying our vacation. I recommend Juliana's house, you can spend a nice vacation if you choose this place!

If you want to get up and go to the beach, this is the place. It is in a very quiet area and with an exquisite beach, where there are not many people. Very comfortable duplex with air conditioning and parking. Highly recommended!!!!!

Our stay at Lilianna's house was simply wonderful. From the first moment, both she and her mother made us feel at home, always attentive and willing to help. The location is unbeatable, steps from the beach, and the house is equipped with everything you need, especially in the kitchen, where nothing was missing. We enjoyed every moment and would certainly return. And lastly, nicer than the photos. Thank you for everything!

The house is on top, a quiet place, from the outside area of the condominium, there is a wide view of the sea. The house is nicely decorated, large in an easily accessible location to BC. Contact with the owner was quick from the beginning. Great commerce nearby.

the home was very neat, clean, the host was attentive (even repaired and offered his bike for us to use). It was excellent lodging. The only point of improvement would be to provide a copy of the key, which gave us some insecurity about taking it home and being out, but we had no problems with it in the 7 days we stayed

The Listing Photos fall short of what we actually found! The place is amazing and the view from the room is wonderful! Live is so much better! The easy access to the beach is the strong point, with all the items needed to enjoy a tasty beach day! Ideal place for families who want peace of mind! Special for small children! New furniture and items and the friendliness of your Aldecio is sensational! We certainly recommend it, and we would come back!

The stay was wonderful, we went with family besides the house being by the sea, a quiet place, where we were able to enjoy with the children until the night playing in the sand without any worries, not to mention that the house is fully equipped, it has absolutely everything we need, without having to worry about anything, everything was clean and organized and with great soundproofing. The host was extremely helpful from the first contact, informing us that there was a work in progress near the house, giving us the option to cancel, but we did not cancel and decided to keep the reservation! Luckily the work had already finished and everything was perfect. We will definitely return more often!!

Our stay was simply amazing! I would like to congratulate the host, because the house is beautiful, full of cute details and very cozy. All kitchen utensils are of excellent quality, and the house is impeccably clean. Not to mention that it is very close to the beach, another very cool thing is the back of the house, a grassy space with a good stool for conversations. The service and reception of Otomar and Larissa were exceptional, they are attentive, friendly and helpful, they explained everything to us with great affection and richness of details. We went with family and felt at home. Otomar took me to everything nearby, market, restaurant, pharmacy... The bed and bath linens are of excellent quality, clean, fragrant and well cared for, which made all the difference in our experience. Undoubtedly, an accommodation that exceeds expectations and that we recommend with our eyes closed. We'll definitely be back!

The countryside is breathtaking. In the house everything is well maintained or new: furniture, utensils, linens, towels, in addition the bed is very comfortable, there is hammocks, stools and table to place in the outside area. We used the barbecue and worked very well. On the outside there is a lot of nature, flowers and stones composing the environment. We used the spa/jacuzzi, it was windy, but we still enjoyed a lot of time. In relation to the surroundings, we were walking to some beaches (Calheiros; João de Campo; Simão), it is a reasonable walk, the return is a little more difficult due to the ascent to get to the house, who has a habit of walking and physical endurance, without any restrictions on mobility will do quietly. All the very clean spaces and, although they were on site in the back house, they were careful to make as little noise as possible. Hosts are extremely attentive and pleasant, they pass the instructions clearly offered great tips as well. We'll be back for sure.

Hosting with Evelyn was very quiet and we felt at home on the days we stayed at the inn. Evelyn is a wonderful, kind and super attentive host to guest care. The house is old and like every beach house, it has the marks of use and time. Because it was closed, it smelled of mold, but we bought smells and solved it. We became friends of Branquito, a loving kitten who is the “manager” of the inn. The street is super quiet and very familiar, a few blocks from the centrinho do Ingleses. We recommend the hostel for family with kids, as the pool with the deck is very nice to stay with the family. We will return for sure.

Excellent house for accommodation, Douglas's mother who welcomed us is a sweetheart! The house is very good, clean, very well equipped and located. We love it and recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in the area.

Highly recommended! The warmth of Matheus and his family were incredible; wonderful people. The apartment is beautiful just like the photos, comfortable, with everything you need to cook if you want. 2 blocks from the center of Ponta das canas, with supermarkets and all services, 3 blocks from the beach of Ponta das Canas. 10 minute drive to Canasvieiras and we also saw bus stop 2 blocks away. The place is super quiet and cute. We'll definitely be back.

Bruno's place is just like the photos, very good bathtub, equipped kitchen, good internet. And the view is wonderful. We recommend waking up early and watching the sunrise! And there are the little monkeys and blue jackdaws that always make an appearance. Bruno, Márcia and all the other family members we met were extremely kind and friendly. Bruno always responded quickly and helped us by answering questions and maneuvering the car lol. Great place to rest and enjoy nature, close to beaches such as Ingleses, Canavieiras and Mozambique, with plenty of restaurants, markets and conveniences very close to the location. Ahh, it accepts pets and ours took full advantage of the space and nature ;). Thank you for your receptivity, Bruno! We'll be back soon :)
