Architect-designed low-energy wooden house from Østerlars sawmill. The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the bathing ladder in the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is completely secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Chr Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic, therefore pets are not allowed. NB! Guests are required to bring their own bed linen, towels, dish cloths, dish towels + shampoo, etc.

Bølshavn is one of the small fishing villages on the coast of Bornholm with small fishermen's houses sparkling in the sun, a small harbor, and a local an inn. Here you can enjoy a morning dip in the Baltic Sea, walks along cliff and sandy beaches, angling trips, as well as beautiful sunsets from the panoramic window on the first floor. The sights of Bornholm are not far from the sights, cozy small towns, smokehouses, and activities for children.

Enjoy a wonderful stay by the water. In this lovely house you wake up overlooking the water and sunrise. Just outside the door to the east, the path goes along the water from Svaneke to Listed harbor. If you walk south along the water, you pass the harbor, Svaneke Bread, the lighthouse and ports on the Southeast of Paradis, which is the island's coziest cafe, located on the beach in between the cliffs. Where there's a volleyball court and a spring spring. Then you need cozy walks, swim in the water, this unique place is obvious

There are very few actual summerhouses in Gudhjem. Here is one - unique - both in style and location. The nordic/bohemian vibe is thoroughly implemented throughout the house. Everything from the bedroom with the pitoresque view upstairs to the kitchen/ livingroom area with the fireplace and the french door leading to the romantic small courtyard devided into tiny patios in different levels, to the lounge area with gasgrill amongst clematis on the surrounding stone fence, just screams hygge !

The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

Centrally located holiday apartment in Svaneke. 2 minutes walk from the city center, the harbor bath and the wild Bornholm nature. Apartment has a private entrance. The ground floor consists of spacious dining/living room with sofa bed (double bed). 1st floor consists of kitchen, bathroom/toilet and bedroom with two beds. The apartment is for 2-4 people with the possibility of extra beds for children, including the possibility of borrowing a baby bed.

At Gyldensgaard, between forest, creek and fields, you live well and at reasonable prices. In our 10,000 m2 park-like garden, you will always find a corner where you can retreat and relax, while the children play in the landscape around the Gyldens Creek and the forest. Gyldensgård is located on a hilly ground and our apartments are therefore not suitable for people with difficulty and wheelchairs.
