We had a lovely stay here with our dog, she absolutely adored the garden, which was perfect for her to run around and relax. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook comfortably at home, and the host couldn’t have been more welcoming or helpful, always quick to respond if we had any questions. A bonus was the steak restaurant just across the road, delicious food at a great price. All in all, a peaceful, pet-friendly stay in a location close to restaurants and shops. It was nice to explore a different part of town. Thanks again!

Excelente lugar! El departamento se veía pequeño pero fue muy acogedor, tenía todo lo necesario, muy limpio, las camas muy cómodas al igual que el sofá cama. El espacio de la churrasquera ideal. Sin pedirlo Jorge nos ofreció cambiar de fecha si queríamos debido a las lluvias pero decidimos quedarnos, y al día siguiente que nos tocaba irnos nos ofreció poder quedarnos más tiempo. El "mar" muy lindo también y todos los espacios que habían, muy tranquilo, sin duda volveremos! 10/10

Place is real big and has everything you need to feel right at home. The owner was very nice and answered any questions asked. Would highly recommend this place to stay.

This home was perfect for my family and I. The place is spacious with a beautiful garden and the host was beyond helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

It was our fourth time in this house, it got improved every time but this time was even better! amazing new barbecue area, we loved it, improved Top 10 TV, just great.

Es un departamento muy elegante, con todo lo necesario, de limpieza impecable, servicios excelentes (piscina espectacular), vista hermosa de la ciudad. Mejor que un hotel. Definitivamente recomendado. Profundamente agradecida con la oportunidad de permanecer en su alojamiento.

We were quite comfortable in the apartment. The apartment was quite hot but Adolfo resolved the issue bringing us a fan. Adolfo was super friendly and always concerned about how we were doing. Great location!

El lugar, excelente! Una zona muy top en Santa Cruz que te permite ir rápidamente y con mucha seguridad a los lugares de interés más importante, el finalizar el día puedes disfrutar de las zonas sociales que están increíbles, para finalizar la habitación espera para descansar y si quieres preparar algo tienes la cocina a tu alcance. Todo es identico a las fotografías, muy limpio, organizado en una zona segura.

Un lugar tranquilo y lleno de naturaleza. Muy cómodo y con todo lo necesario, fácil ingreso . Ideal para desconectar. El host impecable excelente todo

Lindo apartamento con lavadora y secadora quw te hace la vida más fácil, con lavaplatos sería perfecto 😉. Dormimos muy bien, por las ventanas no se escucha nada del tráfico y el aire es bien silencioso. Las dos piscinas eran super buenas, una con calefacción. Volveríamos con gusto 😊

Adriana est une hôte super, très attentive et soucieuse du bien-être et bien vivre dans l’appartement, elle est investi à 100 % pour que le séjour soit le plus agréable possible. L’appartement est bien distribué, il y a de la place et l’espace est lumineux. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour se faire à manger comme laver ses vêtements.

El alojamiento es increible, con pileta y entrada al rio derectamente dal jardin de la casa. Un lugar magico. Casa limpia y buen equipajada.

Beautiful spacious apartment! comfortable in every way. It is conveniently located and within walking distance of great restaurants, parks, supermarket, produce places, and coffee shops. Beautiful view of Cochabamba. Host was very kind and responsive.

The flat and the host are excellent! The political situation in El Alto was a bit unstable with protests. Vanessa kept us up to date on the situation and we felt relatively secure. It seems like a friendly neighborhood, but you can never be 100% safe during a crisis and we never walked around in the dark. Overall a great stay and many friendly people around!

Had a lovely stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was kind & responsive. Great location. Would happily stay again.
