José Humberto was a very accommodating host. His place is located in a great area with lots of restaurants and cafes. The building has beautiful amenities. We would book with him again!

Excellent stay of a week, in an apartment with a very good location, in a very nice area of cochabamba. The very friendly and proactive host, who reacted quickly to an unforeseen issue... in short, we would love to return to the same apartment.

Guillermo's apartment is brand new, furnished with luxury. New and ultra modern equipped kitchen, new and comfortable beds. Ultra-modern bathroom design. Smart TVs in every bedroom. Tastefully furnished living room. We do not see it in the listing but from the living room there is an unobstructed view of the city, the surrounding mountains and the statue of the Cristo de la Concordia, which is lit at night, it is very beautiful. The neighborhood is very quiet. The building where the apartment is located, the Torre Olympia is brand new. Secure with a caretaker at the reception. There are common areas on the roof: a swimming pool, a children's play area, outdoor lounges and large laundry racks very convenient. The place is great to have a 360 degree view of the city and the mountains and see a sunset. Communication with Guillermo was easy and effective. he is very committed to making us feel at home and responded effectively to any questions we had.

This was one of the best airbnbs I have ever stayed in!! It was incredibly cozy, clean, and comfortable. It was super well stocked in the kitchen and had all amenities (including clothes washer/dryer) for a longer stay. Gaby was super kind and friendly. When there was a small problem with the AC she even came and fixed it right away. The area was also amazing with lots of nice places to eat and shop. I am definitely staying here again next time I'm in Santa Cruz, as I felt right at home. And my recommendation to you, is don't think twice, book this place now!! ☺️✨️

We were quite comfortable in the apartment. The apartment was quite hot but Adolfo resolved the issue bringing us a fan. Adolfo was super friendly and always concerned about how we were doing. Great location!

The house is very nice, comfortable and the environment is excellent for family and relaxation activities. There was a small problem with the hull, but the speed and kindness with which Eduardo solved it is remarkable. I would suggest to equip the house with a washing machine with what would be 100% complete. We'll definitely be back.

This is exactly what we needed and where we needed it. It’s close to the airport so it’s convenient for travelers who don’t want to be in the busyness of the city. There are little food trucks right outside the community and micros (public transport) are easy to access from the community as well.

Liliana and her husband were easy to communicate with before and during our stay. They were efficient at responding to questions and small issues. Liliana and her family met us at check in to show us their home. Their home was exactly what we were looking for. It’s far from the city (which means a tranquil, quiet, and safe gated community). The enclosed back yard was PERFECT for our two dogs. The back patio was bright and sunny and clothes we washed dried quickly. The kitchen was well-stocked and we easily prepared several meals. The neighborhood was very pleasant. We went out at night on several occasions to walk to the dogs or to run to the little market and we felt very safe. As soon as we made ourselves known to the gate guards we had no trouble going in and out of the condominium. A taxi to the city center will run you about 40bs and 30ish minutes. If you have the time and prefer to spend less, you can hop on the micro bus that runs in front of the community. If you are looking for a place to relax away from the city center, this place is perfect. Great community amenities, privacy, fast internet, dog-friendly. And Liliana and Benjamin were wonderfully accommodating! We will surely look for their place next time we travel through Santa Cruz with our pups! Highly recommend!
