If you're a digital nomad like me, this place is perfect. Fast and reliable internet, peaceful and secure surroundings, super comfy bed. Everything is as described. I needed a place to rest and recharge for a few months and I'm glad I found this place..

Reliable wifi, nice big TV, decent breakfast and probably the best shower in South America. Definitely a worthwhile stay in a very cool city. Easy to recommend.

Convenient location, quiet neighbourhood, very friendly host. Overall good value. There’s even a folder describing recommended restaurants and attractions. There were some slight problems with the stove and washing machine, but the host was very responsive and fixed them quickly. Thank you for a good stay!

The apartment and location: Maria’s apartment is incredibly comfortable and felt like a home away from home. It had everything we needed for our stay - from a cozy bed and a spotless bathroom. Even though we mostly ate out, If you like to cook, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The Wi-Fi is excellent - fast and reliable, which was a huge relief for us as remote workers who depend on strong internet every day. The location is perfect - very central and close to everything we needed, from restaurants and cafes to shops and local attractions. Host & Communication: Maria is a truly wonderful host - very thoughtful, and always ready to help. She made us feel so welcomed from the start, even allowing us an early check-in, and she was incredibly supportive throughout our stay. We highly, highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Cochabamba - you’ll be in great hands!

The apartment has great location, kitchen with everything we need! We served very well. Great rooms.

Loved staying at this spacious penthouse in Cbba. It was very comfortable for two couples with 2 babies and 1 other adult. The only thing to note especially with kids is there is an academy nearby where bands rehearse. It was lovely to hear the music but it can get very loud when trying to put the babies to sleep. Otherwise the location is great and very walkable. Easy to get a taxi anywhere from the corner/plaza. The person at the front is super friendly and helpful and made us feel safe the whole time. Will definitely book again when visiting Cbba.

The accommodation is good, it complies with what was indicated and is located in a nice and quiet area, the lady is very friendly and attentive to any need, in addition to having a swimming pool to enjoy as a family, recommended.
