I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The host went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. Not only did they pick me up from the station, but they also took the time to show me around the city and offer valuable advice about life in the area. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help, making my stay in Vancouver much easier and more enjoyable. The self Check-In was easy and very flexible, which was great as my flight arrived I my late in Vancouver. Thanks to the detailed description provided by Qing it was very easy to get to the room, which was very clean and welcoming l’ll prepared. I also appreciated Qing’s warm welcome and proactive offering of help, and care, asking if I made it there safely or would need anything - throughout my entire stay. As this is a house with shared living spaces, I had the pleasure of meeting some of my house mates over my stay. They were all very friendly and welcoming in my case, which was very pleasant. In any cases were I needed help, Qing reacted promptly within an hour and fixed any problems immediately. In all direct interactions, i was treated very kindly and was always reminded that I can reach out whenever I need help or with any problem, which I appreciated much. The Check-Out was also uncomplicated and easy. All together a great stay!
