This cozy 50 m² wooden house is located just 50 steps from Aabenraa Fjord and a perfect, child-friendly beach with shallow water. The house can accommodate 4 people and is located on a secluded property with no through traffic - ideal for families with children or couples. Here you will find a classic cottage atmosphere, the sound of waves, and complete peace. Well used, bright, and ready for your next vacation memory.

1st floor with quiet and scenic surroundings

The apartment is on the 2nd floor, is approx. 100 m2, and has air conditioning. A cozy living room with board games, sofa, PS4, smart TV and everything you need for cooking. There is a dishwasher. There is 1 step inside the apartment. We have 3 charming and newly renovated rooms with beds for 5 adults, as well as a crib and a rollaway bed for children. We have 3 dogs and 1 cat, and pets are welcome as long as they are under control and not in bed. We share the toilet at night, but otherwise, it's 100% yours.

Cozy apartment with private outdoor living room & parking

The home was renovated in 2019 with underfloor heating, a new kitchen and bathroom with shower and wall-mounted toilet. Bedroom with double bed and a bed in the living room for two people. The kitchen has a stove with a hood, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle and fridge and freezer. There is a private outdoor living room with table and chairs. With its own parking space. Please note! No smoking inside and in the living room. All smoking must take place outside.
