I made this booking in a jiffy and it was really a great decision, this property and the hosts exceeded my expectations. location: it is bang on the highway , Divya guided us exactly where to take the service road from so that we don't miss the exit. it has petrol pumps and even EV charging station nearby, so if you are taking a longer trip and have an EV, this is surely EV friendly. property: it was quite neat and clean and had a good vibe to it. the swimming pool was clean and we had a great time around the pool. Ideal place to be with group of friends. highlight of the property is the gazebo and garden which is quite private and ideal for bonfire setup. there are plenty of highway dhabas including McDonald's which are just few min from the property, the caretakers were also really sweet and helped us get few basic things. we explored also explored a beautiful dam and jawar waterfall which is in a radius of 30 km. there are other things to do as well which the hosts can guide.

We went for a family get-together after Diwali. The place is spot on as described in the listing. Unfortunately we could not get the in house meal options as the head chef was on leave, but the snacks and breakfast was good too. We enjoyed the local delicacies prepared by a localite near market. The place is well maintained and clean. Do carry your own gaming stuffs like cricket bat, football, badminton to enjoy the open lawn. It's a must visit for a group of 6 to 12 pax.

Very well laid out home, with a beautifully maintained garden. Perfect in the monsoon, as the full-length glass sliding doors offered a lovely view while shut and pleasant breeze when open. We didn't need to use the split ACs at all. Liked the way the kitchen is placed outdoors under a striped awning. The swing in the garden was a nice touch. We didn't use the upstairs covered terrace, but it looks like a nice area for larger groups to relax in. The well kept lawn near the well on the property was a pleasure to walk barefoot on... just what you need on a getaway from the city. Caretaker Bikas was very helpful, bringing us tea/coffee and meals cooked by his mother Sushila promptly. He even organised an excellent birthday cake at short notice & arranged for transport for our return journey. The rooms were well maintained, the bed linen was of good quality. The carom board was a bit funky because of the moisture, but we spent many happy hours playing. All in all, super experience!

The villa is surrounded by lush greenery and breathaking view it felt like stepping into paradise. The quiet environment was perfect for a relaxing getway. Every corner of the property was picture-perfect.Highly recommended

I came to this place with a family of 8 members and 2 kids. Overall a great and positive experience. - Food was amazing, chef Santosh was a good host too, made sure the quality of food and the taste was upto the standards. - Place was super clean and very well maintained, everything working as expected including pool, bathroom and AC. - Beach is 2-3 mins walking distance

Green, peaceful, beautiful, relaxing. We couldn't find words to describe the great time we had at Nawabie’s villa 34. Our only wish is I would like to stay longer. Many thanks for the welcome and numerous attention given by all staff. Cook and Caretaker were friendly and attentive . The pool was ideal and the house was thoughfully decorated.Gated complex felt very safe.The best part since it’s closer to Mumbai that makes it’s a perfect gateway. Thanks to Nawabie Hospitality team for making our stay memorable . Will visit again !

Nyra Farms in Wada was a delightful escape! The peaceful surroundings and beautiful landscape made it the perfect retreat from city life. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. A wonderful place to unwind, relax, and enjoy nature—highly recommended!

This is an amazing place. If you are looking for a place for relaxation and party at the same time this the place. Charm is the outside space, large space euqipped with the good lights set up, and cherry on the cake is the barbqeue set up, Perfect for organise outdoor party. Rooms are good and well maintained. Fan in the washroom give you different experience 😄. Perfect for a weekend getaway and small party. Host Milind is very cordinating, and the caretacker Sagar bhai is very supportive, he is always be there for you.

We stayed for just one night, but it felt like a mini vacation! The property is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and offers the perfect blend of comfort and nature. A special shout-out to the caretaker, Santosh, who made our stay truly memorable. Extremely courteous, always attentive, and genuinely polite—he went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. His warmth and professionalism added a personal touch that elevated our experience. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the Jacuzzi experience. It was extraordinary! What made it even more special was that my 79-year-old mother tried it for the first time in her life—and she absolutely loved it. Watching her relax and enjoy that moment was priceless for us. From start to finish, everything was seamless. We left with happy hearts and unforgettable memories. We’re already looking forward to coming back for a longer stay!

We stayed here just for a night to celebrate my birthday, and it was honestly such a beautiful, peaceful getaway. The entire place has a calm, serene vibe that immediately makes you feel at ease. Even though it was a short stay, we had an absolutely amazing time. Our stay experience manager, Hemant, was super responsive and always just a call away. And our caretaker, Manoj , was so warm and attentive ; truly on his toes throughout! He made sure everything was taken care of without any hassle. A really sweet touch was the yummy cake arranged for my birthday , it made the day feel extra special. Also, the food here was absolutely delicious! Simple, homely, and cooked with so much care – we genuinely enjoyed every bit of it. Thank you for such a wholesome stay! I will definitely be coming back again.

The place matched the description well and looked like photos. there were some small issues that we relayed to the host. the only con was there was no 1 point of contact. although both Arun and Akhil were very responsive. location is just next to growel's mall and is relatively easy to find. tastefully decorated. just ask before booking whether you want the caretaker to sleep inside the apartment or not earlier when booking. all good!

yes the place was worth and it was the above the expectations...so really nice place and looking forward to tell people go and visit ...mainly in the budget it gave the amenities was worth living it

Small, cosy and very welcoming! Took us about 2 hours and 45 minutes to get to the residential villas by Ansal in Shahpur from the Mumbai suburbs. The host wasn’t present but there was a caretaker to welcome us and the host has been in touch ever since the booking was made to the day of our stay, very prompt in replying. The house is warm and cosy with a lovely plunge pool very strategically placed in the patio for a lovely experience! Please make sure to inform the caretaker a day prior to your arrival, so that he can fill up the pool and keep it clean, there is a restaurant that delivers food till late at unbelievably cheap rates. P.S The locals there are very comfortable with Marathi, they do understand Hindi too
