Distance from parking 30 meters high and 80 meters distance. You just have to hike the hill:) You can bring the drinking water and water to the shower from a clean well, also 80 meters under the boudou. Electricity is limited -solar panel. We had a fantastic stay at this gorgeous flat! It truly has everything you could need—and even some things we didn’t expect. The apartment is beautifully designed, well-equipped, and extremely comfortable. Getting to the city center is quick and easy with tram 9, which was very convenient. The Jacuzzi felt luxurious, and the sauna heats up quickly, making it perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Everything about the flat made our stay feel special. Thank you, Kamil and Stepanka, for creating such a wonderful space. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay in Prague. Upon arrival, the host identified a problem with the water but already had a plan in place to get it resolved and made sure that we were accommodated. It was a beautiful location and wished we could have stayed longer.

The stay in the accommodation was great, the pictures do not promise too much! The apartment was clean and beautifully furnished, and the high fence and gate in front of the house gave us a feeling of privacy at all times. We were also greeted with snacks and drinks and there was Amazon Prime and Netflix set up from the accommodation. Everything went smoothly and without complications. All in all, the accommodation is only a recommendation and worth every penny! If we ever find ourselves in the Czech Republic again, we will definitely stay with Sarka :)

I was near Cerhovice for business and it was very good for me to find this place for few days to rest at night and noon. I had a direct access to the forest and small way to walk in the nature. I meet some wild animals (but kind animals). The place is sweet and cocoon with fire inside and outside. Confort is not the one than in a modern house and it is necessary to be flexible to move upstairs. but for lovers nature it is perfect. ALes was availbale and clear for the instructions and recommendations.

What a fantastic stay we had in this luxury apartment in Prague! The description promised a lot and it completely met our expectations. Generous space with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, there was more than enough comfort. There was a private garden and, contrary to the photos, it now has some plants, it looks very nice. It just doesn't have an evening sun. The location in Vinohrady was also perfect: quiet, yet a stone's throw from Wenceslas Square and surrounded by cozy cafes and restaurants. We absolutely recommend this Airbnb; to anyone looking for space, comfort and a great location in Prague!

Great location on the trail to the special castle. Beautiful nature, hiking opportunities, etc. The house has a cozy decor, large comfortable bed and in the kitchen you can find everything you could wish for. Good clear info on arrival from the host!
