A simple cabin with rooms comfortable for guest to sleep and rest after a fulfilling activity day. Located in Bum Bum Island off Semporna town, in a fishing village, not a tourist island. Not a five star resort, but a nice simple place to relax. The Sea Gypsies (Bajau Laut tribe) also lives at Bum Bum Island and if it interest you we can go visit them as well. Enjoy home cooked seafood and fresh coconut water as your meals. The villagers are mostly fishermen living a simple and happy life.

We have 4 bathrooms, which all have unlimited hot water supply. We also have a living room, which had sofa & dining table, smart-TV with NETFLIX, WI-FI, and an air conditioner. While our kitchen had stoves,electric hot pot, water dispenser, refrigerators，washing machine. Outside, we had BBQ rack.

It's a pretty good water house. Although the conditions on the water house are not as good as on land, compared to other water houses, this water house is relatively cost-effective. It is far from the town of Semporna, so the surrounding sea area is not polluted by the town's garbage. It is still clear. You can clearly see the coral reefs on the seabed from the water. During the day, you can choose to go snorkeling. The water pollution can provide life jackets and other masks.Delicious dinner is provided in the evening. The only thing to say is that the dinner is a little burnt, but everything else is okay. You can enjoy the sea breeze in the water house at night, and there will be young men and women singing until 10 o'clock in the evening. The only thing that is slightly worth noting is that the ecology in the room is relatively good, and there are more small bugs. At the same time, the related dishes can be made more delicious. I think everything else is quite good. In short, the cost performance is quite high and worth recommending.

I think this is the best choice in Seminyak. The water house is very beautiful. The surrounding waters are very clean, no smell, no mosquitoes. The food is not rich, but it is sufficient and delicious. We were lucky to see the sunrise and sunset. The water house made this a wonderful holiday.

We had such a great stay at this Waterhouse. Lee messaged us ahead of time to ask for our ETA, and when we arrived (even though it was pretty late), the AC was already on and the room felt super comfortable. The staff were so kind—they helped us with our luggage, which was a really nice touch. Everyone we met, from the driver to the receptionist, was super friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were great, and the whole place is super peaceful—perfect for a relaxing break. Would definitely recommend!
