My apartment, which consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a private parking lot, and strong wifi, where you can stay calmly in this spacious and quiet place, is on the 2nd It is on the floor and has a large balcony. Each room has air conditioning. It is 5-6 minutes on foot to Gümbet beach and 15 minutes to Bodrum center. There is also a minibus stop in front of my house (minibus no. 2-57 passes every 10 minutes) It is within walking distance to Oasis Shopping Mall and Myndos Gate. There are plenty of grocery stores, ATMs and restaurants on the street where my house is located.

They are 300 meters away from beach and you can go there for swimming or for sightseeing, the famous sunset, you can rest in our exterior seating area while eating fruits from our garden, such as grapes would be right on top of you when you are sitting in our veranda, you can swim in 55 square meter swimming pool. Our houses has every amenties you may need in your holiday.

Our house was completely renovated in 2022 and has a modern architectural design. All rooms have magnificent views of the Aegean Sea. Our duplex house has an open kitchen, living room and toilet on the first floor. On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms, 1 dressing room, a bathroom, and a terrace balcony.
