The apartment is located in a deadend alley, on the top floor of a two level building. It's a cosy and spacious place which is close to the attraction spots, located in a rural area. Magnificent Greek Islands and sunset view. There is A/C (heater/cooler) in the living room and in the double bedroom. There's a portable fan in the small room. There are electric heaters in the bedrooms. There's a 2,5 tons water supply with pump in case of water shortage.

If you want to enjoy spectacular views of the Aegean sea in a relaxing atmosphere and if you need a break to recharge - this is the place. The sea view at the large ground floor terrace is breathtaing! Apartment is located accross the road from the Blue Bosphorus Hotel in a quite family vacation area of the beautiful city of Gündoğan. It is 5 minutes drive from the center of Gündoğan and 20 minutes drive from the Bodrum city center.

From June to Yalikavak Marina, every 30 minutes, the Municipality's minibuses leave from the site.
