I am really thrilled, everything was 100 percent right. A nice little apartment in a nice house. Very quiet and just perfect for me. I can recommend this apartment.

We (3 moms and 3 toddlers) were at Lidwine and her husband's for a weekend. The apartment was sparkling clean, looked better than in the photos and a baby bed, high chair and a bottle of sparkling wine were provided for us😃. Everything was really perfect. Also the communication and the reception. During the day, we went on great excursions to the surrounding area with the children (Wildpark Frankenhof, Aquarius Borken...). The apartment is very quiet in the middle of nature. Very clear recommendation! :)

Our far too short time in Vera's small loft was rainy but still incredibly relaxing. We felt right at home thanks to Vera's warm nature. The accommodation is super clean and decorated with visible creativity, love and craftsmanship in all corners. It is really very cozy and, due to the many upcycling and the beautiful location, exceptional and close to nature. Despite the rain, we sat for a long time in the covered outdoor area, watching the cats and ducks and listening to the pouring rain. Lake Baldeney is within walking distance through the beautiful forest and restaurants and supermarkets are also nearby. Johannes is a great host, everything well prepared. The apartment is well laid out and everything you need is on site. Even a terrace with a view of the garden. The residential area is very quiet, and you have to go somewhere else to eat. He even provided a bicycle on request, very good.

Marta is an amazing host. She is kind, responsive and caring. This is a wonderful place with great accommodations. Unique place to stay from the first time I got out of the car. Lots of trees, greenery, house entrance with open swing doors, lots of paintings, smelling flowers and cozy furnished rooms with everything needed. Wau

The accommodation is absolutely lovingly furnished and very clean. I have never had such a well-equipped accommodation, it really has everything you could wish for. Beatrix was extremely accommodating, gave us valuable tips, and brought out a few extra toys, as it unfortunately rained a lot. The location is great for exploring the Lower Rhine. The children also liked to spend time at the window, and watch animals (deer, falcons, geese, woodpeckers, etc.). We fully recommend the place.

Great value, lovely apartment! We were on foot, no bikes or car and the bus services available between Dülmen and Rorup are limited. Mostly we walked from Dülmen to Rorup, which is a fairly pleasant, but 5 mile trek. If you have better transport than us, then this is a fantastic air b n b. Rorup is a lovely neighbourhood and there is a woodland right next to the apartment for morning walks.

The accommodation is in a beautiful quiet place and allows you to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The apartment is very nice, clean and everything you need is available. From towels, coffee machine to the great terrace with grill. The communication was uncomplicated and the host was easily accessible! We'd love to come back!

Carsten and Michaela were charming hosts. We were in the attic apartment on a very hot weekend and Carsten provided us with a 2nd fan in the evening. One was already present in the apartment. The apartment fully complies with the description. Small info for other tenants: the smaller bedroom with the 3 windows unfortunately cannot be darkened and faces east, so the sun shines directly in there in the morning. Both beds were comfortable and everyone slept well. The apartment is really cozy and we can imagine that we will come back again if the opportunity arises. Thank you very much for the nice welcome! We felt very comfortable.

What a lovely and peaceful place to stay. It was very quiet and located over a little bakery shop that filled the place with lovely aromas. We will definitely be back!

The property is very nicely decorated and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Everything was spotlessly clean, and you immediately feel comfortable. The hostess is incredibly nice, attentive and always helpful – you can tell that she cares about the well-being of the guests. I would highly recommend this place and would come back anytime!

My parents, who stayed for two nights in the beautiful apartment, liked the stay very much. She would book the apartment again at any time to explore Xanten and the surrounding area. They particularly liked the location, the cleanliness and the cozy furnishings. The contact with the hosts was very reliable and friendly.

We were guests with four people at Benjamin's and felt right at home! The apartment is exactly as described and well equipped. Not far from the accommodation is a swimming lake and various restaurants. Benjamin is a great host and we would come again and again!

The lighting is very relaxed with those views of the terrace. Without a doubt, my mother and I rested and relaxed as much as we needed. The jacuzzi is amazing. We had a very nice experience. We felt very comfortable with Christian and his family. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, we were more than adequately supplied with coffee and if something is missing, Christian is immediately on the spot. The whirlpool is a real hit, everything is lovingly furnished and clean. We will definitely be back.

It is very quiet and the facilities were very good. The whirlpool was a great offer. Since there were three of us there, it was also very good that there is an additional toilet in the apartment. Smart TV and fast, working Internet were also available. Everything that is part of the standard equipment was also in the kitchen. Klaus and Marianne were very nice and welcomed us very hospitably. I highly recommend staying with the two.
