The place feels intimate we all had a wonderful time. The pool is not so big so if you have kids they're reachable if there's an emergency. The rooms were nice and cold. The kitchen has complete utensils. Place is also easy access so if there's a need to deliver or buy a food you can easily get in and out. The ate who assisted us is really friendly, accommodating and really welcoming. All in all this is a great place to stay. We definitely recommend this place and hopefully we can book again soon.

Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

Our stay was very pleasant and enjoyable, creating a wonderful atmosphere for everyone. The villa was clean when we arrived and had everything we needed, which made us feel right at home. Secure area with an outstanding view of Rizal park, Manila bay, and the city. Ice cold living room AC and a small bedroom AC made the place comfortably cool. Had an issue with the smart lock but our host Maria was super helpful, professional, and polite - and she diffused the problem. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended another day. Just note that if you order food service delivery- past 8pm - it gets dropped off in the P2 garage. We would stay here again.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was very clean, well-organized, and exactly as described in the listing. I especially appreciated the beautiful views and the overall sense of safety in the area—it felt like a peaceful and secure place to unwind. The only downside was that finding the location was a bit confusing, even with the provided instructions. It took some extra time to figure out how to get inside, which was a little frustrating after a long journey. Once I got settled, though, everything else was smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend, especially if you're comfortable navigating a bit on arrival. Great spot overall!

The place is recommended to everyone who needs peaceful staycation and quiet place to ponder. We booked his place because it is near in Phil Arena because we will watch the SB19 concert, so far, we never experienced hassle and traffic from coming and back at his place. Alan has his own parking so you will never get stressed where to park your car. Furbabies are welcome in his unit but make sure to diapers your furbabies to avoid messing the place. I hope next time there will be trashcan in the kitchen separated with the bathroom. Also, there is no microwave in his unit but there is a rangehood and induction cooker to heat or cook your own food, overall, the place is good and we will book again longer next time. This is our second time staying at Eden’s place, and once again, it was excellent! The location is super convenient, just minutes from the mall and fast food spots. Eden is also incredibly accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet, which is a big plus for me. Whenever I’m in Malolos, this will always be my go-to. Definitely worth it, highly recommended, 1000000%! 💯

We had a spontaneous trip with old colleagues who have become friends and family. We enjoyed our stay at Grace’s place. My friends arrived an hour earlier than the check-in time, but the caretaker still allowed them in. The caretaker was friendly and we had no issues with the check-in. The rooms and beds were clean. The kitchen had all the basic essentials and drinking water was also provided. Four cars fit in the parking area and we even enjoyed the pool at 3 AM. It was nice that the kitchen was adjacent to or near the pool because that’s where we hung out to chill. The only problem we encountered was the road going to the place but it was mentioned in the listing that it’s better suited for SUVs. Still, we had one sedan and it managed just fine. Also, we were given extra hour to stay after check out time for free. But sadly I didn't notice the message sooner. But overall, we had fun :)

We had fun staying there. What you see is what you get. The place was clean especially inside the cabin. The fully equipped kitchen was a great help to us. It has complete utensils and cooking equipment. The caretaker and the owner also responded fast to any of our inquiries. Will come back here again! Highly recommended!

Great place to stay, the place is very clean including the bathrooms and kitchen. It has all essential amenities, interior design is very well done and there are a few restaurants less than 5min drive away as a bonus. This is top value for money. Highly recommended

I’d love to commend the following: - The whole Airbnb is Air conditioned. - They are very responsive & helpful. - Wifi is fast, TV Apps has subscriptions, and working speakers + microphone. - Squeaky Clean in first floor - Many rooms & has a balcony. - CareTaker is really helpful & knowledgeable (take note, she’s new but will do anything she can to assist) A few downsides that the owner can improve on: - Some linens have visible blood stain - Water is poor (even the pool. It has strong chlorine/zonrox? idk. It will make your hair dry) That’s it. I think if you are looking for a place to stay/chill with your small barkada, I’ll recommend the place! Since it has all that you’ll need. But if you are looking for a resort, and all of you will swim.. You might want to check another bnb. But overall, our stay is enjoyable & unforgettable. The price is actually a great deal! Especially if you are going to consider all the amenities that you’ll get :)

Stayed for 2 weeks and felt so much at home and welcomed. Ma’am Tina and Kier were great hosts. Communications were great, both very responsive and would go out of their way to help. The place is exactly as described, it got all we need and also clean! We were also allowed to use the kitchen and do laundry on the main house. There were so many stores outside this listing like food stalls, coffee and tea pop-ups, water refilling station, pharmacy etc. Ma’am Tina would also send us food which I appreciate so much. I didn’t get to experience that before. Thanks so much Ma’am Tina, Kier and family for hosting us. Will definitely be back. I wish you all the best :)
