Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Bocagrande, Cartagena

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and couldn't be more grateful for the experience. The location was fantastic — very active and festive, with plenty of restaurants just 2-3 minutes walking distance away. It made exploring and enjoying the local culture incredibly easy and fun. A special thank you to Carmen, who truly made the stay unforgettable. She was so caring, thoughtful, and also had a great sense of humor — it was such a joy waking up each morning to a delicious breakfast she prepared, and the house was kept spotless thanks to her daily cleaning. Her warmth and energy really made it feel like a home away from home. The security guard (I can't recall his name, unfortunately) was also amazing — very helpful in arranging taxis and making sure we weren’t being overcharged. It was very reassuring to have someone so reliable and attentive looking out for us. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will absolutely be rebooking for future trips. Thank you again!

Leonardo is a great host, his place is real gem that has a great location in artistic street in old town. Everything is walking distance and bedrooms have AC! Highly recommended!

Everything was spectacular the cleanliness, the disposition to evacuate doubts. The availability to hand over keys (as we arrived late). The guy who gave me the keys was super friendly, he gave me good recommendations regarding the area. It is a super complete apartment and in a very quiet area. Highlighting details that made a difference: There was a sewing kit, the bedding and pillows smelled delicious, they left in the hot water and a "kola Roman" soft drink originating in Cartagena. Definitely small details that make a big difference. Highly recommended.

Manfred was a fantastic host—very responsive and accommodating. The property itself is beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out. It’s centrally located, making it easy to walk to bars, clubs, restaurants, and take in the stunning architecture and vibrant culture of the walled city. While the area is lively and can get a bit loud, it didn’t bother my friends and me at all—we still slept great. Highly recommend this place, 10/10!

Maria’s place is an excellent stay, great location! very walkable area and only about 10 a min walk to the historic center where you’ll find most activities! It was clean, had mini splits in each room which is very much needed in the summer. Ms. Madelein is very attentive and does require going to the airbnb every 2 days to water the plants (which was no issue for us). If you’re looking for a great secure location, this is it!

Incredible views of Cartagena. Ice cold A/C. Modern design. This place was the best place that I have stayed at in all my visits to Cartagena. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Pool is amazing. Perfect views of the beaches and ocean. Close to everything in a great neighborhood.

Magnificent, very recent loft. It was very close to the airport, which we really appreciated. This proximity in no way affected the peace and quiet of the apartment. Soundproofing is particularly good. The view from the balcony was fantastic. The unit was very clean and comfortable. It was simple to communicate with the host. There was also a swimming pool in the complex which we didn't have time to try out, but which looked great. We will definitely return if we are ever in Cartagena again!

Thank you for my stay beautiful apartment or condo-with a nice view and a nice pool. The service downstairs were very nice. The people were friendly in the building and I would come back there anytime if you let me very quiet in the building, even though they had construction going on and other buildings still was quiet the hot tub could’ve been bigger but it was a nice size for me to fit in. The shower was nice. The bathroom was nice. I just want to say thank you the people downstairs were friendly. They showed me around to different restaurants. The cab service was awesome. He was always on time when we came out. He was always available. the delivery guy was on time the wash and dryer work excellent. I kept a place and eat and I will stay here again. Your bed was a little uncomfortable but for the price you can’t complain about I want to say thank you and if anybody decides to visit Cartagena, they need to stay at this beautiful condoand enjoy the stay there cause it is very quiet

Good and quiet area The apartment is small but good for resting

We had a wonderful stay! The house was even better than the pictures—spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. Everything was exactly as described. Despite being in a busy and loud city, the location of the house was perfect—tucked away enough to feel peaceful and relaxing, but still very close to great restaurants, coffee spots, and local experiences. Honestly, staying at this house was one of the highlights of our trip- Cartagena would not have been the same without it. Alejandro and Pawel were excellent hosts—very responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

This was hands down the best Airbnb host I’ve ever stayed with — and I’ve stayed with many hosts across different countries! Incredibly accommodating, friendly, and genuinely went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. The apartment itself was luxurious, beautifully maintained, and located in a fantastic area. Every detail, from the comfort of the space to the thoughtful touches, made it feel like a true home away from home. The place was excellent—conveniently located just 10 minutes from everything. The beach is only 2–3 blocks away, and there’s a great pizza spot nearby, along with an ATM and a local contact to help you book activities. The property is modern, with strong air conditioning and high-speed internet. The house also provides extra towels and a fully equipped kitchen. It’s an amazing place and highly recommended. The security staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you once again!
