The place is excellent, just like in the photos. Stefani and Victor allowed us to check in early, almost 5 hours before the time. The location is excellent, you can walk to several of the tourist attractions. Mrs. Acela helped us with recommendations and guides to get around. I will definitely stay again.

Loved the place, they treated me and all my team so well. We hired her breakfast plan and it was a great idea. They are too good, Neila especially is very affectionate and funny. Alejandro the Chef was always understandable with our work times. The house is very cozy, the separate rooms with its bathroom are very good. They will soon fix the living room air conditioning and it really is a 10 of 10. If I return to Cartagena again with a large team, I would not hesitate to stay here again. For large groups it's perfect.

A perfect stay! The apartment was spotless, well-designed, and ideally located, allowing us to explore everything on foot. Aldemar’s place is exactly as shown in the photos and I am grateful for that. It is the perfect space for 2-3 guests to stay. Aldemar is also a very responsive host who always answered any of my questions in a timely manner. If you are worried about the safety of the area or the building, don’t be. There is security present round the clock and at night they turn off the automatic door so that they manually have to let you in. The area is very walkable and there is a grocery store within 10 minutes walking. I would say to pay close attention to what is not offered in the unit — there is no hot water heater so if you are the kind of person who needs a warm/hot shower, especially at the end of a long day, you will not get it. That would be the only con that would prevent me from staying here again, otherwise, beautiful space & priced very well. Well done Aldemar!
