Amazing stay, second time staying here. Ariana was so flexible with us and made sure we had everything we needed. It was incredibly clean and a big open space perfect for our family and two kids!

From the moment we entered the property we were thrilled! The photos on the listing site perfectly matched the reality and the patio/pool space was like being at a resort, but without other people. The home and property are just cozy and beautiful and we loved being able to walk to shops, restaurants, local attractions and the beach (which about 1 mile away). Ben couldn't have been more responsive when we had a question, including ordering a new spa heater installed within a few days when we let him know that we were unable to get the existing one going. We loved our stay. We were in WPB area for a baseball tournament. We have a family of 7 and the house was more than spacious for our larger family with plenty of beds/baths. We loved the convenience of the pool and large living area surrounding the kitchen for some board games and movie nights after a long day. Close to downtown Delray Beach with lots of great food options. 5 star

When I decided to make plans for my birthday and travel with my grown sons. My thoughts were exactly what we found in this beautiful, well kept, home feeling location. We are active, runners, swimmers, my son even brought his bike. So having the cold plunge, sauna, whirlpool was amazing! It had all the comforts of home. Well decorated and cozy!! We didn’t need much, however the communication was easy! The location was perfect and loved the neighborhood!! I went out running most mornings before 7am, peaceful and safe. Grocery store, gym 5 minutes away. Quick ride down to the beach too!! Loved our stay, great hosts! I would come back and say there again !!

I had a wonderful stay at Nicole’s place, the pictures don’t do her home justice! I’d be very happy to book here again. I was a bit sad the fire place was out of order for the weekend, but we made do just fine! I recommend this place if you need a little staycation or even for a couples retreat, definitely try to spend more time here because Nicole has so many beautiful amenities to offer in her home. I hope to stay again soon!

The best Airbnb we’ve stayed at! Amazing pricing for the location, swimming pool, table tennis and pool table were great amenities! Super close to the beach and great restaurants! The host was responsive and very accommodating. The airbnb had everything necessary to make it feel like home and more! The home was neat, tidy and clean. 10/10 highly recommend this stay!

There truly aren't enough perfect words to describe this magical house. I've stayed at many airbnbs but Luis and Leo's home takes the cake. The pool space, the car wash shower, the beds so comfy, the kitchen is perfection, everything we needed was provided and included! Our hosts were helpful, and just a delight to know. I took my teenage girls here for our summer vacation. The location was perfect. The condo and pool was exactly as pictured. The beach is walking distance. My girls lived there lights (in their words “it was an entire vibe”). Joe and Cindy were super responsive to the questions I had. I highly recommend!!

The place was amazing and much more spacious than the pictures showed. Amenities were 10/10!! Elevators were a bit slow but it was a lot of floors so I understand. Highly recommend

We had a lovely time staying at Island Nest. When we arrived it was clean, with great amenities and the A/C was on. It was a great location close to the beach, restaurants and every you'll need for your vacation. I highly recommend and would stay again.

We rented 2 units for a full week stay. Unit 3 & 4, which are the 1 bedroom units. They were both super clean and as described. We really enjoyed fishing off the dock and watching the boats. Short walk to the beach. Even though we brought our own beach supplies, each unit was stocked with a beach wagon, beach chairs, and four beach towels. There is a shared washing machine and dryer that was available without issues. Marilyn was very responsive if I needed to reach out. My only wish is that they kept a few more bath towels / wash cloths for a full week stay. We would definitely stay here again if we vacation in South Fl. This place is really fantastic. It's in a great location near the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. It has a wonderful view facing north and you can see a bit of the ocean. It's a pretty new building and you can really tell. Everything is spotless. I like to walk for exercise and this is a block from the boardwalk where you can go miles at a time.

The house is very nice and nicely decorated. The Jardin and Piscina are very functional. We had a great night there. Communication with Swan and Adriana was very good. We had an inconvenience with the barbecue and they fixed it. The kitchen is very well equipped. Very sweetware .

We LOVED our stay in Fort Lauderdale. The place was absolutely beautiful and just like advertised. We had to make a last minute reservation and the hosts were more than accommodating and extremely responsive. We traveled with a family of 6 and the home was the perfect size for us as there was more than enough room and we all had our own bathrooms. The outside area was amazing. The kids loved the pool and it was a very nice quiet, well kept neighborhood. Anytime I had a question I was able to text the hosts and they responded to me almost immediately. I even accidentally sent an amazon package to the wrong address and they offered to bring it to UPS for me. I cant say enough great things about this place, it was close enough to everything that you would need but also private enough to be able to relax when needed. We will definitely be back to Fort Lauderdale and would love to rent this wonderful home again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Amy’s place—she was an incredible host! The house was spotless, just like the photos, and located in a quiet, charming neighborhood. It was also super convenient to have a Publix within walking distance for any last-minute needs. It was the perfect spot for our girls' trip and I’d definitely stay here again!

The Villa is absolutely beautiful, looks even better in real life than it does in the pictures. The moment you step in you already feel like you are in vacation. The kitchen is beautiful and very well equipped, you have absolutely everything you would need in it. The swimming pool is very large and suitable both for children and adults. It is also a short driving distance to the beach, restaurants, stores and everything you need. We loved our stay here!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house and surrounding space were amazing—beautifully maintained, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The outdoor shower felt like a little oasis, and the pool was fantastic—clean, refreshing, and a great place to unwind. The location was also perfect—conveniently situated near everything we needed, but still quiet and relaxing. Chris was an exceptional host. Despite our very late arrival at 2 a.m., she greeted us warmly and even gave us a tour of the property. Throughout our stay, she was incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations for local activities, restaurants, and directions. We were in town for a wedding, and Chris went above and beyond by kindly taking photos for us before we left for the event—something we truly appreciated. Highly recommend staying here—we’d love to come back!
