Great walks and cycle rides from the door. A car is essential. Small self-contained annexe, attached to the main house, with own entrance from side of main house. Entrance hall, one main bed-sitting room with table for eating/ working, own shower room and kitchen. Use of EV charging point by arrangement. There is no TV.

Supportive double bed, comfy single sofa-bed. Warm winter & cool summer bedding. Spacious shower. Faith in Nature products. Close to bus-stop. Ideal for short breaks, business, and shopping trips. Garden home: self contained, nature, no clean fee

1 King bed, 1 double sofa bed all in an open plan living space with a small kitchen area. Separate shower room. The treehouse is currently out of bounds for safety reasons. We are very sorry for any disappointment. Strongly advised to arrive by car or taxi, especially at weekends. We have 14 acres of wood and the outhouse sits next to it. There are footpaths in the country from our doorstep. Oxford is 3.5 miles away. There is a risk of ticks due to the wildlife. Info sheet in property.

A cosy studio apartment in a converted barn just outside Oxford. The studio overlooks the garden and dreaming spires of Oxford can be seen from the balcony outside. Easy access to great walks and beautiful countryside, yet only a short bus ride ( 15/20 minutes depending on time of day ) to Oxford city centre. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Bianca’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and easy. The check-in instructions were clear, and the room looked just like the photos — clean, stylish, and very comfortable. Bianca was an exceptional host: responsive, friendly, and respectful. They checked in to make sure I had everything I needed, and even offered helpful recommendations for local places to visit and eat. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great Airbnb stay in Oxford.

It was a wonderful stay with Natasha and her family. I was made to feel so welcome and the room and facilities were everything I needed for the Nocturne concert at Blenheim Palace. I was driving so i really loved how it’s incredibly well connected to the park and ride (5 minute drive) and 14 minutes from Blenheim itself so that made everything a total breeze! 100% recommend and thank you so much for having me in your home 🥰❤️ I hope to return!

I will definitely be back. Super helpful hosts, clean light room and everything you need for a comfy and stress free stay. No treasure hunt needed to find the key, Steven was very welcoming and great to be able to use the kitchen and facilities. Easily walkable to Oxford city centre and river paths but a bus stop at the end of the street with a number of services to and from the city.
