Fantastic place, very cosy and Rosario was an excellent communicator. would fully recommend to any couple or solo traveller looking for a base to see Madrid.

We loved the house and the truth is that if the photos draw attention, when you arrive it is even better. A 10 for the house and the owners, who solved all our doubts and helped us retrieve a suitcase that we left behind.

We had a wonderful stay at Adelaida’s casa, was very nice & very spacious. Everything worked great especially after we discovered the range top was an induction appliance, since I knew about these I had to explain how it worked to my brother-in-law, since he was unaware & was doing the cooking. The neighborhood is impressive & very secure, so we felt very comfortable taking some long walks around the various loops in the gated community. If we are ever in Madrid we will try to rent here again & advise others to do so as well!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa in the hills. The place was just as described, very modern, fabulous views, we spent many afternoons at the pool but we also walked up to the station and visited El Escorial and Avila. We had a couple of minor issues and Venessa couldn't have been more helpful. This is the ideal place for a quiet relaxing holiday.

This lovely house is very clean and gives you a comforting sense of being at home. There is plenty of space, making it ideal for a large family or group. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, and it's conveniently located close to the city center and the airport. I highly recommend it. Nacho, the host, is incredibly helpful and accommodating.

The house is beautiful, the pool is great and Frank is very kind. Celebrating my birthday with my whole family was great. We had a wonderful weekend.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was lovely—quiet and peaceful, perfectly located just far enough from central Madrid to feel relaxed, but still close enough to get into the city quickly by cab, metro or a walk if you’re up for it. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and proactive. The real highlight was the pool and garden—an absolute dream to come back to after a day exploring in the Spanish heat. Highly recommended!

For us it was a great stay, the directions were very clear and precise, the hosts were always attentive asking us if everything was okay and always answering us when we needed it, it's great for those who need a place just for rest and bathing. The space is small (like a hotel suite), has air conditioning, hot water, excellent location, has some cutlery, glasses, bowls, plates, minibar, Nespresso machine, an outdoor area and a microwave for quick meals.

Really great apartment and service was great. Was met on arrival and shown around, the host also organised airport transfers for us which was really useful. Would definitely recommend.

It was very convenient to have a grocery store and pharmacy close by. The Chamartin train station was also close by (20 min walk) with plenty of places to eat along the way. I highly recommend staying with Maria Jose, with much gratitude for her hospitality, generosity, and thoughtfulness!

Beautiful appartment with amazing terrace in the sunshine which would be so much more expensive if any closer into Madrid. It was perfect for visiting Bernebeu and 20 mins into centre by metro or taxi. Nice quiet bars in local area and good pastry shop below and supermarket nearby. Brilliant host and would highly recommend.

This apartment is so beautiful. I loved the size of the terrace. The location was very easy to walk to and from. I recommend this place if you want to be very central and near a lot of commercial shops. It’s touristy and busy. Has a city feel.

The apartment is even better than the pictures! It is very spacious and had plenty of space for our group of 8 (two families). We enjoyed evenings on the spacious patio listening to the sounds of the city. The location cannot be beat - right in the middle of everything, an amazing base from which to explore the city. We loved everything and that the weather did not accompany us very much. The apartment is great, the views spectacular and the village just minutes away. A wonderful place to disconnect from the big city. Rosana is very friendly, friendly and helpful in everything.
