It was my first experience on AIRBNB and I'm very pleased. I and my family are very grateful to the hosts, Seu Mário and Dona Socorro for the wonderful season we spent in their lovely home. Irany was an excellent host. The space is quite pleasant, organized and spacious. Very good for those who want to do tourism in the region, as it is well located and close to the beach and historic center. Super recommend it and I will be back for sure.

Huge and beautiful house. The downstairs room was a spectacle. There were 5 of us and it was much more than we needed. I don't feel like staying anywhere else in Olinda when I go with a large group. Very happy for the choice.

The house has everything we need and the location is great, in the historic center of Olinda. It was a great pleasure to meet Helena, always very attentive, from the first contact, and the cute Nina as well. Even with so many beauties in the surroundings, there were times when I just wanted to stay there in the house, enjoying that inspiring environment.. Thank you, Helena!!

Regarding the owner, I had a lot of ease making contact with him, he responds very quickly and is very attentive, I can also say that he has good taste and creativity, which is reflected in the apartment, whether in the decoration and even in the construction of the apartment. The building has an excellent location, being close to pharmacies, the medical center, markets, restaurants and with access to the main roads of Recife. The apartment is very well equipped, from kitchen utensils to an iron, even beauty utensils such as a hair straightener and others (my girlfriend loved that part lol). Both rooms have comfortable beds, one firmer than the other (to suit both tastes). The TVs are up-to-date (smart), so you can watch whatever you want. The apartment has good ventilation, but also has air conditioning in the bedrooms, and a fan in the living room. Everything was very clean and sanitized. Regarding parking, I liked the fact that I could park in any space in the garage.

Paulo was super kind and the apartment was well located. Very clean and nice. We benefited from an excellent bakery in the vicinity of the building, where we were able to have a great breakfast. I recommend it.

How many years in this same apartment, more than 10 years, super indicated, there is everything, it is extremely clean, I feel at home.

We had a wonderful experience hosting Gabriela! From her first contact, she was extremely attentive, receptive and sensitive to the delicate situation we were facing. Even though it was a holiday Friday, and with our arrival late at night, she welcomed us with great affection and empathy, which made all the difference! The apartment was impeccable — clean, organized, with everything in perfect order — and we were still presented with a breathtaking view at dawn. We truly feel at home. Besides, all communication was very fluid and gentle. Gabriela is an amazing hostess, and we are very grateful for all the attention and care she has had with us. The unit had very friendly local team that helped us with house chores. The unit has most of the appliances required to cook and do the dishes, as well as wash your clothes. A good amount of linen, towels, silver and dinnerware is available, so you can enjoy your day without concerns for additional tools or purchases. The location is amazing, close to one of the main Shopping Centers in Recife, and on top of Boa Viagem beach. Additionally, it is close to the airport and main roads, allowing for easy mobility. Two points caught my attention: the lack of a microwave oven, which can be a dealbreaker for younger generations and limit quick meal options; and the possibility to easily accommodate more guests, while limited to six people. The unit is huge, with a massive living room, and all three rooms have space to spare. There are additional accommodations which could be used, if the host desired to offer them. Anyone interested in renting this unit is in for a treat.

Pedro gave a hosting class to other hosts. The attention to detail is incredible. If you're a coffee lover like us, you'll love this space. Impeccable organization and cleanliness. Great location, everything close by in a quiet and very beautiful neighborhood. Super comfortable beds, showers that put hotels to shame. The live decoration is even more beautiful than in the photos. Anyway, we strongly recommend it to other guests. We love it! And whenever we return to Recife, we will certainly stay at Pedro's place.
