Holiday rentals with beach access in Boa Viagem Beach

I spent three very pleasant days in the Icaro flat. The space accommodated me and my family well. It is very well located, close to the bakery, pharmacy and shopping and relatively close to the beach. I really liked it.

we were in Brazill for 4-1/2 months and this was, without doubt, the nicest apartment that we rented. Good neighborhood, big and spacious living area, good beds, well equipped kitchen, beautiful and huge TV. The photos don't do it justice. Highly recommended.

The apartment is brand new, and has all the necessary utensils and equipment. The structure of the Flat is wonderful. With a very nice hotel reception, it has a bar and breakfast service. I loved and recommend it too much! Lorena is super attentive, and kind. We love it!

The apartment is excellent, very well equipped and with a great location. Close to the airport and two blocks from Boa Viagem beach. The service was very smooth, we were very well attended to and we did not miss anything.

Extremely cozy place, quite spacious for a large group of people, apartment is quite spacious. Everything in the apartment matched the photos and instructions posted. All rooms have air conditioning and good beds. Large living room and kitchen, for a moment of relaxation. The location is very good, close to excellent restaurants in Boa Viagem, for physical activity, it is next to Pq Santos Dumont and very close to the Airport. Returning to Recife, this accommodation will certainly be one of my first choices.

Perfect! Thales and Family are very receptive and welcomed us very well, I needed to enter before 2:00 p.m. and Thales was very helpful and allowed us to check in earlier, the space is the same as the photos and extremely clean, I intend to return more often!!

The house was easy to find and has a good location, close to tourist spots and with a supermarket nearby. The other guests kept the shared kitchen organized and the host was always very helpful and responded quickly to any questions. Although the individual accommodation was only one room, it was cozy and very comfortable.

Perfect accommodation! The house was completely clean, matched the photos of the place, impeccable space. The house houses the 14 people without leaving any uncomfortable, all equipped, not missing anything! The hosts of the house are great people, they are super attentive, left nothing to be desired, we will come back more often!

Great Cost Benefit. excellent place for those who are thinking of staying a few days in Recife and getting to know the city. great location, extremely clean, practical, functional, impeccable bedding, excellent shower, kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook. João, the host of the space, is to be congratulated.

The unit had very friendly local team that helped us with house chores. The unit has most of the appliances required to cook and do the dishes, as well as wash your clothes. A good amount of linen, towels, silver and dinnerware is available, so you can enjoy your day without concerns for additional tools or purchases. The location is amazing, close to one of the main Shopping Centers in Recife, and on top of Boa Viagem beach. Additionally, it is close to the airport and main roads, allowing for easy mobility. Two points caught my attention: the lack of a microwave oven, which can be a dealbreaker for younger generations and limit quick meal options; and the possibility to easily accommodate more guests, while limited to six people. The unit is huge, with a massive living room, and all three rooms have space to spare. There are additional accommodations which could be used, if the host desired to offer them. Anyone interested in renting this unit is in for a treat.

Great stay. Silvia was flexible on check-in and the apartment was adjustable, well clean and equipped. It wasn't the first time we stayed in it and it certainly won't be the last. I recommend it to everyone. Note: Only one detail I would like to mention is with respect to air conditioning, I believe that the weather would be more pleasant after a cleaning in the filter. It cooled reasonably, it didn't bother you, but it could perform better. Overall we like it a lot <3
