The space is beautifully designed, full of thoughtful details and super clean. Surrounded by nature, yet close enough to beaches, cafés and shops. The location is peaceful without being isolated. We stayed for three weeks, the villa is spotless and very comfortable. Located in a quite residential area it was very peaceful and relaxing which is what we needed for our holiday. Collection from the airport was very good as driver was waiting for us when we arrived. Loved the villa and will return. Fortunately we did not need to contact Chris to much as there was nothing wrong but he was very responsive and helpful when we contacted him we were were given a warm welcome from Sue and himself. The villa recommendations for Chef and Massage we would strongly recommend Nings home massage service was great which we used every other day. It was our wedding anniversary while we were there so we engaged the services of sing the chef to cook a meal for us and 4 local friends the food was amazing also would recommend trying this. Overall the villa was an amazing experience 5 stars for location, comfort and cleanliness we will certainly be booking again when visiting Samui.

Our stay here was fantastic! Everyone involved in the process, from the taxi service to the staff and host, was so helpful. I have to shout out to Toni and Sue, as they were very accommodating and friendly during our stay and helped enhance our experience. The view and villa look even better in person, and I would definitely return here in the future!

Tania is a great host very helpful no matter what time we text she would always text bk straight away The villa is new and is stunning the pool was luxurious and we was very happy here for a week we was also able to hire scooters at a reasonable price we would definitely recommend and will be contacting tania again excellent host thank you so much 🙏

There is not much to say, accommodation as in the photos, we felt comfortable right away, super clean and tidy, the complex itself is in need of renovation again but the pool is good and the gym too and more you do not really need. We are very happy with our stay!

Everything was perfect the apartment is amazing and the view too. Only small downside for the pool which is quite far away and the steep access which is a little annoying because the drivers do not want to go up to the top.

I was surprised at the arrival of the reception and their help at the arrival, my suitcases were at the airport and the next day I had them in my room, the staff is very friendly and always there to help, the room is as in the photos, thank you very much for your welcome!

The place felt like home !

Paula’s place was everything I was looking for—tucked away in a private, prestigious community in Koh Samui. The view was absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunset. Paula and her staff were incredibly attentive and supportive, making the entire stay smooth and enjoyable. I truly loved my time here and will definitely return!

We enjoyed the stay! Great and helpful staff, simple but adequate room and most importantly a nice location surrounded by lots of cafes and restaurants :)

We stayed four weeks at Lauren’s place and we were sad to leave. The flat is exactly as it looks in the photos: clean, spacious, and with a well-equipped kitchen. Both the bed and the sofa were both huge and very comfortable. The pool was fantastic. There are two washing machines in the complex, but we did our laundry at a place two minutes down the lane where the shopkeeper always had 10-baht coins in change. It takes about 30 mins to walk to Chaweng Beach. Initially, we were disappointed that the beach was further than we anticipated. But in the end we saw this as a positive: the neighbourhood is quiet, but still close to restaurants and a good supermarket. It’s also in the middle of a local residential neighbourhood, which we appreciated as much of Chaweng is relentless resorts. To go further, we used Grab. (note that taxis are relatively expensive in Samui). Do pack an HDMI cable as the TV in the flat isn’t a smart TV. Overall, great value for money in this price range.

Lovely, modern, and comfortable place to stay on the island.

Was a gorgeous place to stay with a lovey pool, little gym and pool table down stairs. The location was amazing and so close to a big c and the Main Street of the town. Loads of shops, restaurants and bars. Also amazing as it is so close to the beach with amazing food and views. Had all the kitchen utensils you’d need and made you feel right at home!. Amazing staff in the building and security at night!. The host is amazing and so attentive she truly makes you feel at home in your new environment and will reply to at question very clearly! Was an amazing stay ESPECIALLY for the price would recommend to everyone as there is also a lift to the flat. Would definitely stay again!!.

We really enjoyed our stay at Paul’s condominium. It was just as he described, spacious and comfortable with a great view. We felt very safe and secure and usually left our front door and back slider wide open to take advantage of a great cross breeze thru the condo. It was our first time staying in an Airbnb, where we had to pay the electricity and water separately, which turned out to be no problem. Although the temperatures were in the mid 80s, we only had to use the air conditioning in the bedroom at night time while sleeping. We stayed nine nights and had the cleaners come in one time and the total charge was just over 800 Baht (about $2.50 per day). The hill to walk into town mentioned by Paul is very steep! Walking up it in the afternoon sun was a killer. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb to our friends and family.

Brian is an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and always willing to help. He arranged our pickup from Nathon Pier (since we took the ferry from Krabi) and can also help organize a motorbike, which we’d highly recommend for getting around (the hill is steep, but the location is worth it!). His guestbook is full of great recommendations, and his hospitality made our stay seamless. The condo itself is stunning, with unbeatable ocean and cliff views from the balcony—waking up to that scenery felt surreal! It’s also super spacious, clean, and just 2 minutes from Bo Phut Temple and 13 minutes from Fisherman’s Village (which we visited often). The pool area is lovely, and the whole place has a peaceful, luxurious vibe. We wish we could give 10 stars—for the price this was one of our favorite stays in Thailand, and we can’t wait to return. Thank you, Brian, for an unforgettable experience!

Oshin has been a wonderful host, we found the apartment to be exactly the same as described, i was in awe of the same. Great Location, Great Air Conditioners. Great aesthetics. the only thing which bothered me was behaviour of the reception staff, but that is not Oshin's responsibility. Also, the Lights in the apartment, some are not working and switching layout is just so confusing.
