Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway surrounded by acres of wooded land and privacy. This Tiny House with porch was constructed of Logs in 2022. The outside logs are painted gray to blend in with nature. The inside is beautiful natural pine, with 3 bedrooms/1 bath/2 queen and 2 bunk beds with a loft, washer/dryer. It's conveniently located 4 miles off Interstate I 77 and 2 miles from the 1770 Historical town of Ridgeway, SC off Hwy 21 north.

The apartment is near a neighborhood town center with shopping and restaurants.There are also some recreation areas around such as hiking trails, parks, and a YMCA. The apartment is located behind the host home, so guests are permitted to use the driveway for parking.

We love the pastoral setting of this mid century modern cottage (circa 1962) in a quiet neighborhood. The home has been decorated in period pieces so it’s like stepping back in time, but with the modern conveniences. It is close to Fort Jackson, USC, and Downtown. It has been totally remodeled with new appliances, bathroom and kitchen. we are pet friendly and there is an acre or so to walk the dog, but the yard is not fenced.
