The stay with Fabio was amazing. Very fast in communicating through WhatsApp and he was always available. The location is amazing, a large apartment to the point of getting lost inside, next to the German village, with many restaurants and great for walking. Sensational location, if I return to Blumenau, I will definitely stay here.

The loft is exactly as in the photos — beautiful, cozy and very well cared for. The location is great, with easy access to the building and elevator, and the automated check-in was super practical. The space is quiet and very dark at night, perfect for resting. The common areas, such as the pool, the coworking and the gym, are beautiful and welcoming, on the same level as the loft. I highly recommend it!
