We had the best time on HHI at Christina’s condo. My husband & I took our one year old on her first beach vacation and there was plenty of space! We loved the convenience of the location as well as the patio for our morning coffee. We utilized the trolley in the Sea Pines area which conveniently stops at the condo to get to the beach! We would go back in a heartbeat.

Had a fabulous stay at Mike and Rachel’s home. Love the location, especially that it was on the beach especially since we have children. The unit was spacious, clean and just as described. Had plenty of games and TVs in all rooms for watching shows or movies. Parking was very convenient and fit our mid size suv under the covered garage area right by elevator to our unit. We had a fantastic time in this lovely condo! The view was amazing to wake up to every morning. The decor and furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. The personal touches -- breakfast, snacks, coffee, mimosas -- were very thoughtful and appreciated! The beach gear (towels, umbrella, chairs, cooler) was especially helpful since we flew in and did not bring any of our own. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions we had. This was our first visit to HHI and we loved every minute of it. We would highly recommend this space and these hosts to anyone visiting HHI and would absolutely book again if we plan another trip here!

Yelena created a lovely experience with the kind of friendly and considerate touches that make it clear she takes pride in hosting. 10/10 recommend. Our only regret is not having more time to enjoy all that was available to enjoy as part of the stay in her beautiful home.

We'be stayed at this resort before, but this was the first time in this particular unit and it's been our favorite. You can see the ocean from the balcony and there are a couple beach access points nearby. The condo was beautiful and clean. The only thing that could've made it better would've been some cooking spices and oil for when we decided to make our meals.

This place is very well maintained, I feel very safe to stay there. Inside is very clean and homely. I enjoyed my stay. The only thing is: when we check out, the front desk girl has very unfriendly attitude and act like that she does not want to see me. After few minutes of putting up with this,I told her: “ can you be more pleasant?”. Then she said : “ I cannot hear you”. I do not understand why this is happening, maybe because I am Asian? All the guests in lobby having breakfast are white. My English is fluent and people have no trouble to understand me,FYI. The front desk girl who has bad attitude towards me is Mexican, maybe she does not like to see Asian? I really don’t understand, but I did not do anything wrong to deserve this kind of treatment. There is a man working on the raffle desk told me : “Welcome staying with us”. I said : “Thank you so much, you are very pleasant!”Then I told him what happened to me. Hopefully this will not happen to other people in future again!!!

Except for the multiple flights of stairs that had to be walked to get to the apartment it was nice .

This condo community was very quiet and welcoming with many permanent residents. The unit itself was very comfortable for 2-people. It had a fully equipped kitchen (Keurig), large washer & dryer, good AC and extra fans, with a comfortable and private patio. We loved how bikeable Hilton Head was and enjoyed the swimming pool, and free transportation via the Dunes Buggy and Breeze. We were able to go everywhere we wanted without having a car (except Sea Pines, which required a vehicle and pass). Laura was responsive and friendly host. We had a great experience and hope to return!

Cute beach gem! We only stayed one night but wished we could have stayed longer. Perfect for a couple, a young family, or friends, family. The space has everything needed and is comfortable. The location is fantastic. Quick walk to the beach, an ice cream shop across the street as well as several restaurants. Great porch for reading, coffee, cocktails. Would definitely book here again.

Had an absolute blast!

This was my 5th year coming here and it's become a yearly trip. To say that it's relaxing and peaceful is an understatement... you feel like you are in secret garden. Geoff has worked so hard last few years in creating such a beautiful and welcome space and it shows. Having my coffee tucked away in the patio under the trellis watching the birds at the feeder overlooking the water amongst the palm trees.... PERFECTION. The house is spacious and I feel like I'm home there. Quiet neighborhood perfect for taking walks and not far at all from the beach and downtown Tybee. Geoff and Vicky have become friends and they make the visit even more special every year- Vicky offers massages and they are wonderful and just what I needed after the long drive and the sunset boat cruise we went on was perfection with dolphins swimming next to us. ❤️ No where else I'd stay when I come to my happy place- thanks again for the wonderful vacation. See you next year!

I had a wonderful stay at Holly’s condo. The space was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything and still peaceful and quiet. Holly was a thoughtful and responsive host, making check-in and communication a breeze. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We were in town for our son’s Marine graduation from Parris Island. Great location. Not far from Parris Island. Great view and very peaceful at night. Kimberly very easy to communicate with. Discovered Port Royal while there great little area as well

I really enjoy staying at Jackie's place. This was my second time staying at her place and my third time staying in the complex. The location is great. Close to the beach, shaded patio and backyard area, centralized location, close to shopping, easy to find and great for traveling with a dog. Condo was clean, roomy, temperature was good in the condo and bed was comfortable. I really like the shaded walkway across the street. Easy to walk my dog in the middle of the day. A trolly runs every 30 minutes in the area to. And there is a restaurant/bar across the street. The condo is .3 of a mile to the beach. There is pay for parking closer. The city raised the rates for parking this year. They have signs up to pay. You just need your license plate number and a credit card.

We stayed for 3 nights with our pup and had a great time! This place was a short walk to Forsyth park, and about 20-30 min walk to the river. We took our time exploring each square, made our way down to the river, then over to the market area and walked back to the air bnb without any issues. Very walkable! Sarah’s place was very clean, had all amenities you could need, thick cotton hotel towels laid out for your use, and even snacks and a bottle of wine welcomed us. We had a great stay!

We highly enjoyed our trip to HHI! Mike's place had everything we needed and it was great proximity to pool/beach. The site had nice options with pizza delivery/coffee shop on site! We would definitely recommend this location and we would love to come back!!

This is our second time staying here and we wouldn’t want to go anywhere else! Nick was so helpful during check in and even sent a list of restaurants locally that he highly recommended! The place is gorgeous and the view is amazing. 10/10 would stay again!

We had an amazing week stay at Stephanie’s place! The unit had everything we needed to cook meals, drink coffee on the balcony, and work from home. We loved the amenities on the resort- pickleball and tennis, the pool/pool bar, the beach access, trivia at the restaurant on site. We brought our own bikes, but you can rent bikes from the resort as well. We biked down the Coligny Plaza one afternoon and biked on the beach at sunset one evening. Phenomenal!! Stephanie was a great host! We would definitely return!

Michelle's place was exactly as described. It was all that we were looking for when we were looking for accommodations at Hilton Head, SC. We wanted the place to be within walking distance from the beach, restaurants, and shopping, it was exactly that! The beach was so close you could hear it from the balcony! We so enjoyed being able to be at the beach in minutes from where we were staying. It was terrific that Michelle's place also had an elevator to utilize to bring up luggage and groceries! The rental was very clean too, and there was very little to do before we departed. Plus, everyone was very respectful about the quiet hours requirement. The rental was comfy for my husband and myself, and we enjoyed walking on the beach, walking to the restaurants, and shops in the area. Michelle was a fantastic host that was very responsive and gave us some terrific recommendations for the area. We plan to return area and explore other parts of Hilton head, SC.

Place was great for a weekend get away. Only problem we had was the tv in the bedroom stopped working and Carolyn responded super fast to my message. Had a great time here!

Great location near the beach and beautiful sunrises. Drove to several places on the island. We used the shared grill with some foil for dinner one night. Beach chairs, umbrella and wagon were nice but needed a couple of us to lug down the stairs. Make sure you’re able to carry your luggage up and down stairs. Washer and dryer were great for our needs. Perfect for our family.

We loved staying at the condo! Best location in HH! The condo itself was spacious and clean with a lovely balcony and view of a pond and the pool. We were able to walk to the beach and all the restaurants, rent bikes and enjoy the bike paths throughout town, and a quick ride to the areas golf courses. We have stayed in HH before but this is by far our favorite spot! Thank you Craig and Shelly! You have a lovely place!

Absolutely amazing stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described (if not better!). The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions and great local recommendations. The location was perfect—quiet but close to everything we needed. We felt right at home and would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!
