Townhome holiday rentals in Bluffdale

Arryn’s place felt like home. We stayed for 4 weeks & it had everything we needed. Close enough, but still away from the hustle of Park City. Arryn was very responsive & answered our questions quickly. Townhouse was stocked & furniture was comfortable & large enough to accommodate 4 people. Very clean. The master bedroom was located on the top floor with a large bathroom & walk in closet. Plenty of towels & very soft sheets. Having a garage was an extra perk, especially during the snow storms. Shuttle bus was right outside the complex so super easy if we didn’t want to drive to the mountain. Highly recommend if you want a relaxing comfortable stay.

We had a great stay here while a group of us were in town for a festival in SLC. Easy to get to various parts of town, walkable area with a great coffee shop around the corner too! Check in and out was so easy and everything we could need was provided. Would definitely stay here again with a group -- this is a great spot!

Everything in this home away from home is good quality, very clean and taken care of. The kitchen has everything you need and the knives are sharp, which for me is always an indication of a host that doesn't try to cut corners. There is plenty of light and the atmosphere is peaceful and the decor calming. Loved the location. You are close to the major roads and freeways and a grocery store across the road. We stayed for two weeks and I was honestly a bit sad to leave. It was a lovely stay.

We had a lovely time, it was walkable to downtown and the house was great.

Welcoming space and spacious enough for our family of 6. Just around the corner from a wedding venue we were attending and couldn’t have been a better location for it.

Julia’s place is a must-stay if you’re coming to Park City. It’s spacious, comfortable, and even better than advertised. The shared amenities are a nice touch, like the hot tub right near the unit. We had our toddler with us and she had a pack and play and kids’ dishes we used. It’s centrally located, too! Julia was also super communicative and answered our questions very quickly. I’d highly recommend her place to anyone!

We loved our stay! The home was beautiful with gorgeous views and surroundings. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Katy’s condo. It was perfect for our family, with a loft for extra space. We skied in and out all week, with easy access to Silver Lake Lodge. We also enjoyed the short drive to downtown Park City. The kitchen was well stocked, including snacks for the slopes. Katy was incredibly responsive, and went above and beyond when we left an item behind!

This was the perfect getaway. A lot of homes in the neighborhood might look amazing, but this home had a view that the others didn't. But above that, the home had a great vibe, the neighbors were quiet lovely, and I'll be coming back here every time I come through Park City!

In my experience, this is the best Airbnb place I have ever been. I got the place for my family of 4 who were in town for my PhD graduation and they loved it. The place was very clean and furnished with quality appliances, furniture, bedding, etc. Also, Lynn was always checking in to find out if we need anything. I fully recommend this place for anyone coming to town. You will get value for your money!

We really enjoyed this AirBnb! The townhouse is brand new and in a great location. A short 15 minute drive to Park City or Deer Valley but still far enough away from the action to be quiet and peaceful. Hottub and the beautiful views were an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

Thanks for a great stay. It was perfect and had all the amenities we needed. We had a family of four and the home was so big. We didn’t even use the bedrooms downstairs. We ate at home most of the time and the home had everything we needed. Thanks again for a great stay. We hope to be back again.

The property is fine. When we arrived there were a few issues but the owner was responsive in a timely manner. There is active construction in the area which complicated our stay. We left behind an iPad and after we made arrangements with UPS, Nikko returned it to us. Thank you Nikko.

Great place for our stopover in Park City. Great communication with host and place was as described. The attached garage was a great bonus.

Ericks property is exactly as described. Property and surrounding areas were very tranquil and inviting. He was very attentive and informative during our stay. We would definitely stay at his property if available the next time we decide to come.

Stayed a little over two weeks. Had an amazing time. Hoping to come back next year! As of right now (mid March, 2025), the pictures don't do the home and view justice. The townhome is on the east side of SLC and faces West. You have about 150 to 170 degree view of the mountains across SLC. Amazing stay, especially for the price.

I had a truly wonderful stay! The house was absolutely beautiful—just like the photos, if not even better in person. Every detail felt thoughtfully put together, creating such a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The host was amazing—so responsive, kind, and welcoming from the very start. She made everything easy and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again!

I would highly recommend Tony's place! The house itself is spacious, peaceful, and beautiful overall. Tony and Denise frequently went out of their way to make our lives more convenient (completely unprompted) with things like early check-in. Seldom have we had more proactive hosts. They made us feel right at home and we'll certainly be seeking them out with any future stays in SLC!

This was our second stay at Michelle’s place for our annual ski trip. Beautiful place and great location for hitting all of the local ski resorts. Michelle is very responsive and her place is extremely cozy and wonderful to come back to after a long day on the slopes. Definitely plan on staying there again in the future.

This was a great place to stay. It was clean and comfortable. The wifi worked well and had everything we needed. The place is on the street but it’s quiet and didn’t bother us.

The place is brand new which is nice. Make sure before arrival that the thermostat isn’t set on eco because when we arrived it was cold and it kept defaulting. The layout of the home is very nice. The basement gives enough privacy if a second family wanted to join. I felt the beds were comfortable. There were lots of condiments which is nice when traveling, so you can cook without having to buy every cabinet staple. Also, the showers were stocked with quality toiletries. We never ran out of hot water which was also a blessing.

We were a group of 8 people and had enough space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked and the coffee bar is fantastic. The place is super nice, clean and very comfortable. The rooftop is awesome. We enjoyed the views and the fireplace. Courtney was wonderful and answered the few questions we had very quickly. Another plus is that the place is only like 17 minutes from downtown. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to SLC in the future.

Mary’s place was fantastic. As described. Any small issues / questions we had, Mary quickly resolved. 👍👍👍👍 Also a ton of fun kitchen things you don’t normally find at airbnbs. (Sharp knives are a plus)
