Very nice place to stay. Everything looks new. The bed was very comfortable. The home was well lit and easy to locate, there was no question where to go when I arrived late at night. The only drawbacks were that you're in the basement so you hear people walking around a bit, but it wasn't a bother and there is no thermostat to control the temperature. The air-conditioning was on, but it was warmer than I prefer. I couldn't find a place to adjust it, I am guessing it was located up stairs in the main house. I would stay here again.

I could write a lot about Shaunee’s place and how she was as a host but I can sum it up very simply… hands down best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. The space is phenomenal and she as a host was beyond accommodating. If you’re going to SLC don’t stay anywhere or with anybody else.

Kimberly’s place was pristine. We only stayed for the night en route up North, but we were very impressed with the apartment and would have loved to stay for longer. We’re grateful that Kimberly had set up the travel crib as we arrived late, this was such a blessing. She even left a little treat for us which our kids LOVED. Highly recommend this apartment and Kimberly as a host.

We have had some nightmares recently with places to stay and Erin’s place was nowhere near that ballpark. It’s in the perfect little neighborhood and is still really accessible to everything you would want. The place was spotless and everything was in order as it was in the listing. There was even a handwritten letter and chocolate waiting for us upon check-in! We highly recommend Erin’s place and are planning our next trip back soon!!
