Had an absolutely wonderful day during my Father's Day weekend...I would recommend this place to anyone and I will be coming back time and time again

Our family had a wonderful stay at this cottage. It was clean, it had a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable rooms to sleep. The check-in process was easy and everything was easy to find in the home. Our kids loved the ping pong table. The hot tub was especially lovely as the weather was a bit cooler than we had hoped for! Again, a lovely visit and we would highly recommend. This is an excellently kept AirBnB and a really kind and thoughtful host. We had forgotten some belongings behind and were quickly notified and he offered to ship them back to us, making our life so much easier and solving a problem that could have been a headache! We will be back in the future!

What a wonderful place to stay. We were 3 friends that stayed and enjoyed this beautiful place! The river is nice a clear and ideal to put chairs in the water and relax. The place is well equipped with what you need. We brought a bug tent and enjoyed our evening listening to wild life. Just a little note we also brought a folding table which was useful. We will be back for sure.

We absolutely loved our stay at this cottage! It exceeded our expectations and was even better than we imagined based on the photos. Everything we needed for a peaceful, nature-filled getaway was thoughtfully provided. The cottage is in a quiet, beautiful spot—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Great place great memories

This place is really lovely, peaceful and quiet. The grounds are gorgeous and everything in the home was really well stocked and nicely furnished. Just a note that it was cold and we didn’t use the screened in dining/living area. It is open air, so be mindful. We would recommend! Great remote getaway!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was beautiful and clean. The dock and beach area were pristine. We used all of the available kayaks and peddle boat. The kitchen had everything we needed. The lake itself was calm and beautiful-we had a great time exploring and fishing. We definitely recommend. Great memories were made!

The perfect cozy home away from home, we had a lovely time!! Awesome place for kids, truly a charming cottage, we will most definitely be back next year!

Overall a great place to stay. Clean, Serene and spacious. Went in November so didn't go out in the water, but was beautiful. Only downsides were the last bit of drive takes a bit of a brave driver and we had to take a bit of a run up on the one section to get out with our van. My other point would be if you are a frequent nighttime bathroom user, it's a decent walk down the stairs to get there. Family enjoyed catching up in the place and loved the location overall.

This was a beautiful spot and Martin was very understanding and helpful. The water access is private and the lake is wonderfully peaceful. We'll be back!

Campbell's Cottage is really a perfect, idyllic setting for some quality family chill out time! As soon as we walked in we could tell that this is a well loved place. The dock is fantastic to hang out on, and the cottage itself is spacious and cosy at the same time, perfect for sitting out a rainstorm. Kristy was a warm and gracious host and answered our questions promptly. We had so many magical moments, teaching the kids to canoe and kayak and playing board games. We're eager to come back!

We absolutely loved our getaway to Elisabeth and David's Chalet! It was everything we were hoping for and more. It is a scenic getaway, easy to find, in a whisper quiet location, right on the calmly flowing Coulonge River. The internet was very strong, without a single hiccup. We took in many of the picturesque walking trails, and visited the Chute Coulonge, the canyon that the quiet little river roars through several miles downstream! We loved the beautiful 50s-style appliances and teal theme! We marveled at the solid wood staircase up to the loft and the view of the river is spectacular. We had lots of games, Internet and Satellite TV. Just 10 minutes away is the handy and historic community of Fort Colounge with a grocery store and burger shacks. Elisabeth and David are excellent hosts who wanted us to enjoy their Chalet. Thanks E and D !!!

We had an amazing time at this charming cottage! The stunning views and a cozy atmosphere made us feel like home. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare our meals, and the living area was perfect for relaxing by the fireplace. The easy water access making it so convenient to enjoy the lake whenever we wanted. The kids especially loved using the paddle boat—it was such a fun addition that made our stay even more memorable. The hosts were incredibly responsive and thoughtful, ensuring we had all the information we needed for our stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Very nice cottage for a weekend getaway

We were 4 French friends in Canada and we had a lovely time in this cottage by the lake. The place is peaceful and beautiful. Recommended.

our family with two young kids had a fantastic time at Catherine's cottage! the sandy beach with warm and shallow water just outside the cottage was perfect for our toddler! We would love to be back again!
