Safe parking, free laundry and large private outdoor area for guests. Plenty of coffee spots, grocery stores, bars and restaurants within walking distance or Metro Transit. Very bike friendly. Safe neighborhood, perfect location!

However, only one group stays on the property at a time, by either renting this smaller space or by renting the entire house.

Set in a safe and charming cul-de-sac neighborhood on the bank of the Mississippi River near downtown Minneapolis in the Historic Milling District and NE Arts and Entertainment District. This lodging is for adults only. (Allergy alert: a dog lives here, but not during your reservation). Snow removal and lawn mowing is provided. This is our primary home that we make available while we are traveling. Dogs not allowed.

This 650 sq ft basement gem is tucked in a super walkable neighborhood. You’ll have your own entrance, ONE free parking spot out back, plus a big backyard where your pup can stretch their legs. Above the suite is a private tattoo studio — you might hear a little light foot traffic during Monday to Friday (10 AM to 5 PM), but it’s delightfully quiet otherwise. Note for our taller friends: the ceilings are 6 feet 10 inches high, with a few cozy spots at 6 feet.

I am literally about 10 minutes from everywhere - the airport, downtown, Mall of America. Private basement "suite" includes a living room with large screen tv with Netflix. Your bedroom has a Beauty-rest World Class bed (Westin uses this one) with black-out blinds. The luxurious jet tub will profoundly calm and relax you. Microwave, mini-fridge and dishware are available. Massage therapy/acupuncture is available by appointment.

Spacious Private One bedroom upper apartment a block away from Beaver lake and a lot of parks and trails nearby. Close to downtown St. Paul and about 20 minutes from Downtown Minneapolis.
