The 3rd room with a bed has a full size bed. Sleeps 6 people comfortably. The 4th room is an exercise room with a treadmill. Nice cozy back yard. Nice living room with oversized couches. We stayed here for a golfing / fishing trip and it was very convenient. We were about 40 minutes to the golf course in Farmington, and 15 minutes to the great fishing on the SJ river. The place is very spacious and extremely clean. John was very responsive to any questions we had both before and during the trip. We will definitely be staying here again when we come to the Farmington/Navajo Dam area.

My family and I were super pleased to stay here. The location was great for access to any part of Farmington as well as quick access to Hwy 64. The house felt like a home. It was clean, nicely decorated, with a great back yard. I HIGHLY recommed this place for anyone staying in the Farmington/San Juan county area.

Tracey’s place was great and the perfect size for two to stay multiple nights. We were able to cook and eat at home most nights with the kitchen amenities listed. Her place is right in town if you need to grab food too! Comfy place and the cute animals were a bonus!

Wow. What a beautiful property. We stayed here for one night prior to traveling to a music festival nearby. We had a small group. Everyone had their own bedroom and were blown away. Leaving, everyone said they want to stay here again in the future, and we DEFINITELY plan to! Thank you Khaled!

Dan and his Wife have prepared an outstanding getaway in the cliffs around Navajo Lake. With the perfect combination of outdoor camping but the creature comforts of an established home, this was the perfect place to relax in nature without truly having to “rough it”. I sincerely hope I have a chance to stay again!
