A shop and a great Indian restaurant within 1/2 mile walk, and a great pub about 1 mile away, however you really do need a car to get anywhere. A quiet location with only a handful of houses nearby. Eight miles from the centre of Norwich, on the edge of the Norfolk Broads, 15 miles to the beautiful beaches of the Norfolk coast. Lots to do, with both city and country life close by.

Bee Roundhouse was the perfect place to switch off & have a very much needed break. Set in the countryside, it was so peaceful with only the sounds of nature. The Roundhouse itself was immaculate & the attention to detail was excellent. Everything you needed for the break was provided. The hot tub was great & with the solar lights at night it was very relaxing. We loved our stay & will hopefully return!

Gaynor was an exceptional host who is very welcoming and helpful. The Airbnb is in a lovely quiet friendly location within good driving distances to Norwich and the Broads and a safe parking space right outside the front door. The photos of the annex do not do it justice as it was a lot more spacious than we thought it would be with a lovely garden to relax in the sunshine or pets to roam. Everything was spotless and well organised. Our stay here was superb and we highly recommend Gaynors AirBnB. Plenty of uber eats choices also if you prefer to relax in the evenings and get a delivery food service. 5 stars all round. SUPERB!

Small Annex Near City Centre

The annex has everything that I required for my three days in Norwich, and there are bus stops conveniently close for the 23 and 24 buses to/from Norwich city centre, although most of the time I walked. Sleman provided milk, tea, coffee and biscuits which were most welcome on my arrival. Due to my busy itinery in Norwich, I was out in Norwich centre most of the time, so the very confortable bed was very welcome to enable a good night's sleep, and the excellent shower invaluable to wake me up in the mornings! I had a very good stay and I would have no hesitation staying in the annex again. Thank you Sleman!

This is the best Air bnb we have stayed at and hopefully we will be back! It was absolutely immaculate and had everything you could wish for. The bed was very comfortable and the layout was perfect for the two of us. I loved the decor and little touches that made it feel like home - in fact I could live there.!

We had a very nice three nights stay at smithy cottage which is in an ideal rural location near to Norwich and the Broads. The cottage was very clean and the kitchen is very well equipped. Tanya is an excellent host and provided a welcome pack of wine, a range of nibles, cereals, eggs and milk.
